The owner is respectful well mannered and understanding as well as the employee. First entrance into the shop feels walking through a valley of beautiful flowers like a scene out of a movie the feeling is cozy and safe. After that Anna shop turns into a story of family and her homeland but not just that. It gives a piece of what you may have never experienced, her culture arranging from art to family achievements to the country itself with a glance at the work, sacrifices, and achievements her people accomplished. I left the shop enjoying the privilege of hearing her family story while seeing the vast authentic Russian culture and history. It brings Russia to Americans who may never be able to travel to Russia and see it for themselves. Not only does she bring that but she even has Ukrainian pieces of culture, Anna is a woman whose shop and story is not only worth the price but a visit to. I want to say gorgeous shop great employees and owner. Got exactly what I wanted and the culture is amazing. The owner is not a “Russian propagandist” she is a person whose heritage and bloodline is from Russia. Like any other American we hold flags of our country, medals, and achievements of our family members or self. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually order from big-name online florists like 1-800-Flowers or FromYouFlowers, but after several disappointing experiences with quality and delivery, I decided to try something different this year for Mother’s Day. I chose Divine Flowers & Gifts in Killeen, and I’m so glad I did!

Even though I don’t live in the area, I wanted to support a local florist and send something truly special to my mom. I selected the Designer’s Choice option because I love the creativity and variety it offers—and it did not disappoint! The ordering process online was super easy and user-friendly. I really appreciated getting a confirmation email when the bouquet was hand-delivered.

My mom sent me a photo, and I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangement was—so vibrant, full, and colorful. You could really see the care that went into it. I’ll definitely be using Divine Flowers & Gifts from now on and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, quality florist.

I ordered a $100 arrangement for a funeral. What I received was a vase full of baby's breath, carnations, and 6 roses, which the owner claims cost $55 alone. Their were 2 sprigs of eucalyptus and 2 pieces of blue delphinium. When I inquired about this arrangement, the owner was rude and asked why I didn't call sooner. Since it was July 4th weekend, I was unavailable to make a call sooner. She told me to send a picture, which I did and she said it was representative of what she has on her website. Nowhere on her website shows a vase full of cheap fillers and carnations. Also, when I asked her to put a message on the card, she said it would $4.99 for a card that is usually included. She offered a $30 credit, which I asked to be refunded to the card and a receipt emailed. Please be advised that what is on her website is not what she sends out.

Update: After I left this review she refused to give me a partial refund. I guess she thought a $30 refund was supposed to solve her tacky, cheap arrangement.
