I don't know where to start. My experience tonight has apalled me. As a person who works in the customer service/food industry myself this place was awful. I pulled up to the drive-thru where an employee looked at me and chose to ignore me for five minutes while there were no other customers. When he finally opened the window I politely asked if he had any Italian cheese bread pre-made he said; "no, but that he would have some prepared and out to my car in 8 minutes." This was a reasonable time so I agreed and pulled around front. Rather than 8 minutes I waited 25 minutes. In that 25 minutes I saw employees joking around(which is fine if you can multitask) and ignoring customers. Some of them had improperly secured hair and filthy unmatched outfits on with headphones hanging around their neck. I'm sorry but when you work directly with customers you are the face of the business, your appearance and actions define what customers think. I watched two boxes of cheese bread sit on the counter for 8 of those 25 minutes and then get placed in the heater box. I finally went inside trying to keep my composure while telling them how long I had waited before having a girl ask me, "are you sure you actually paid for it?" Then the guy who took my order burst out laughing with an, " oh my bad, completely forgot." He then proceeded to hand me a box out of the heater. To make this long story short whoever manages this Little Caesar's has a complete lack of self-respect and authority. They do not give a flying f* about what customer service truly means and will probably never make it any farther in life. Read morePlaced an online order. Regular classic pepperoni. The app doesn't allow you to add heart attack on the pizza so I went inside when I picked up my pizza and requested it to be done. Told them I would pay for it separately as it's not free. And the manager named LOGAN said since i didn't request it on the app I wasn't able to add it to my pizza. And he would have to charge me a WHOLE NEW ORDER. Mind you my first order was requested to be well done and UNCUT, called them as soon as I placed the order online to confirm it was going to be well done and uncut. When I picked up the pizza it was not well done and cut into 8. LOGAN demanded it indeed does ask you online if you want a heart attack parm. As I showed him the app and he looked for the option for about 3 min. Before agreeing that yes it didn't give you the option and it was indoor exclusive. Ok ? I'm in the store requesting it and he's refusing to charge me separately! Said he would HAVE to charge me an entire new pizza with the heart attack charge add there in store ! Ridiculously I said no that's insane ! VERY RUDELY THREW MY ORIGINAL PIZZA ON THE COUNTER AND SAID GET OUT OF MY STORE. Walked away and tried to ignore me as I let him know he gave me the same order that was messed up. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Not to mentioned, I've worked at a little Caesar's before and you're not allowed to have any piercings in the store as it could fall inside the food. Had one on his nose and tongue. Read morePizza was delicious but I paid for extra mushroom. I’m not a Karen but you be the judge, does this look like extra mushroom? And once you leave and eat especially I didn’t want to call and complain but I felt like, well I was already tasting the delicious EXTRA mushroom, Extra cheese (which it had), but was sadly disappointed with my pizza. So I’m eating it because it’s good but I’m like asking my husband “is this extra mushroom?” And he’s such a guy and is like “I don’t know”. He got his own pizza and is totally happy with his results, i was jealous, cause he got what he ordered all the cheesy pepperoni Italian sausage goodness and I was sad because I LOVE MUSHROOMS on my pizza and I was eating it and thought I’m just hungry but NO they didn’t put extra mushroom. So do I ever return? I saw my receipt and it was correct and assumed my pizza was correct so yeah. Here’s my receipt and some pictures. I didn’t want to go into the store complaining. (I’ll just complain her right lol) Don’t get me wrong it is good pizza I’ll be back. IT WAS YUMMY but where are my extra mushrooms.
