I'm really upset with the service I was provided. I order a gordita on 2/5/2021 on line which post mate deliver right on time. The problem I had was when I got my food there was no Salsa do go along with my chips only the green sauce. Okay, I'm upset because I had to get dress get my dog ready and drive to the restaurant. ( what was the point ordering online paying extra cost for fees for a $5.50 meal totaling up to $18.00 dollars. I get there the young lady who was in charge was explaining to me that sometimes the employee does get confused on the label of the sauces..okay noted! But they need to be mindful when customers order on-line please double check ✔✅. Now, the young lady who was handling the drive thru order try to correct by offering me a redo order of the gordita and a cake on their behalf." Okay" I replied back.. Because 5 seconds ago I wanted my money back. Yet, not knowing I already slice the bread in half just to make sure it was not the same order from earlier I called about to a redo meaning a fresh cook gordita I was guaranteed. The young lady gave me the bag saying you have a fresh redo gordita while taking the bag thinking to myself she done a good job satisfying the customer.. Once I got home Lord and behold it was the same gordita that I slice purposely before taking it back to the restaurant making sure she was good on her word. It was the same gordita from earlier that I complain about earlier who also kindly drove there it gave it to the lady who was taking the order myself 😡😡😡😡..I got upset again in threw the entire meal away..please check your food before leaving or ordering online the employees are not trust worthy. I've been coming to this place for quite some time now..I'm very disappointed I was lied too and not receiving a fresh do over of a gordita I personally drove down there and went inside placing the bag in her hands myself to be told they will make me another one..To the owners of this establishment you can inbox me through Facebook Lamica Watkins-Dillard. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. Waited in the drive through with two kids under two for about 30minutes after ordering a beef burrito and beef soup. My kids became restless and crying! I knocked on the window three times and nobody came. They took my money quickly but didn't return for 30 minutes. There was no one in front of me when I pulled up! The food itself was beyond poor. The burrito had lettuce inside which was wilted. Should always be placed outside with other vegetables for the buyer to input. All vegetables were already in the burrito which was less than tasteful. There was a pool of oil coming out of the burrito itself letting me know the meat was TOO GREASY. Since I ordered to go I expected my vegetables to my soup (cliantro at the least) to be on the side so I can put it in my soup. No. All was already in the styrofoam container. To my utter dismay the beef was EXTREMELY TOUGH!!! And upon first glance, it didn't take a rocket scientist to visually see the "soup" was merely the fatty broth remaining from cooking the beef. I taste tested it and confirmed. Even more, I refrigerated it for the next day and the "soup" had coagulated just as the fat deposits do when you're cooking a dish. This is false advertisement and extremely unhealthy!!! Backing back up to the day of purchase, there was the hugest piece of beef stuck in the styrofoam container..literally stuck. It took force to get the beef out and it turns out, that's all that they stuffed in the container along with a piece of corn!!! No other fresh vegetables!! This place needs to SHUT DOWN. it has been about my fourth attempt trying this place I've only eaten one other time American breakfast food because it takes TEN FREAKING YEARS for them to prepare anything and I usually end up driving off in a hurry without paying or getting my food! I decided to wait even though my kids were fussy because I was really craving authentic Mexican food and it is conveniently located. All jokes aside. I tried calling in an order and it was super noisy in the background not once did they try to go and move so that she could hear me better. I tried repeating myself over and over and over again. It didn't matter though. I ended up just having a drive up there and place the order in the Drive-Thru. Except now there was nobody there no background noise and she still couldn't hear me. I understand technology speakers microphone sometimes they work sometimes they don't work. But with no other customers in the restaurant because it was hardly no cars I think two cars that I seen. One has to wonder if it is the technology, the speaker, the mic that's broken or is it that she's just not listening, not paying attention, or just not focusing on the order that I'm trying to place? Spent $43.00, the whole order experience was very frustrating. The food was decent I've had better from there. Taqueria Mexico Lindo, I am not pulling out my lightsabers and saluting you. In fact if I pulled them out and turned them on I would strike down swiftly, the drive thru speaker, menu and window. Nothing but glowing slices and smoke.
