Dunkin' — Restaurant in Killeen

They posted a sign saying the espresso machine is down (not surprising)at the drive thru menu, so I asked if they had any coffee beverages. She informed me they had hot or iced coffee, so I ordered a medium iced coffee no cream, with vanilla (Basically an iced black vanilla coffee). She put on the monitor, ‘with cream and sugar’ then asked for any flavors, I repeated myself and said ‘no cream, just vanilla.’ Pulled up, paid my $2.80, Janetra J asked me to pull up to the next window where another lady gave me my drink.... she handed me this, and before I took it I gave it a weird look and said I didn’t ask for cream. She looked at me (not to mention the little know-it-all-attitude) and said there is no cream. I said ok, took it, drove off. Knowing full well, as a previous barista myself, there is dairy in here. When someone asks for no cream that usually means no dairy- at all! FYI that includes regular milk, heavy cream, or half and half. Duh. Some of us have actual lactose problems. So I took a sip just to prove that there was dairy- big yes! But also you see this white line at the bottom of the beverage? That is actual sugar- NOT LIQUID SUGAR! When you make iced coffee regular sugar does NOT dissolve! It sinks right to the bottom. Not only this but they added the vanilla. So it’s super sweet, actually not what I asked for at all! So thanks to whatever lady that was working with Janetra J on Mother’s Day 2019 at 8:27am, I now have a dairy crunchy iced coffee. Disgusting! Y’all need better customer services, and get retrained. Not acceptable to good paying customers especially ones that won’t turn around and demand for a refund and make your morning worse! So so so disappointing! You wake up thinking " I need some coffee" OH I KNOW DD now that WE have one here in Cove. Good lord ! After dealing with those knuckle heads, forget the shot of espresso. I need a shot of alcohol. 🙄😳. Those KIDS had NO CLUE of what they were doing. I DIDN'T give any crazy order. I ordered some kind of HOT drink, a large. I asked could you please put just a LITTLE BIT of ice in it,. I just want to cool it down so I could drink it now. The other drink was supposed to be a LARGE hot drink WITHOUT THE FOAM. SO I come to get my drinks. I get a cup of ice. I'm like.. what is this? You said you wanted ice? Smh.. OOOOOK so where are my drinks? They hand me a SMALL whatever THEY decided to make? It wasn't what I ordered. Then a SMALL CUP OF FOAM NO LIE ! I WAS there at least 25 min. I have no idea what was up with them? I had them make the drinks I ORDERED. THEY STILL COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT! It was crazy. I was NOT in the mood for their insolence either. I was so upset . I ended up taking one of the drinks that was MADE WRONG. ( How can you mess that up so many times?) This place is TERRIBLE! Not one part of my order was edible minus the scoop of icecream my daughter got, but even that wasn't okay as it was on a cone so stale she hurt here teeth trying to bite it. Her head actually jerked back trying to get a piece off. After we ordered the icecream we were told to pay for the icecream and then go order coffee separately at another counter. Which we did and waited at the second counter for over 10 minutes before we were ever even acknowledged. I then ordered an espresso shot with cream and a pump of caramel flavor. They were out of espresso so he put coffee in the espresso machine and tried to pass it off as espresso. He also forgot the cream and put the wrong syrup in. He didnt even look to find the right one. Just picked a random syrup bottle and pumped into the cup. But wait. It gets more ridiculous. I also ordered a coffee coolatta. It was DISGUSTING! It tasted similar too, but still worse than drinking straight molasses. That's not an over exaggeration. Nothing was edible or decent. We threw everything away except for the scoop of ice cream. I will never return to waste my money here for the terrible service and terrible food. I got a cup of coffee at the nail place we went after (we were having a girls day). Their free low budget coffee was 10x better than Dunkin. I explained what just happened and they said that this dunkin is always like that and always had terrible food....
