As a Top Google reviewer I was very very excited to change the bad reviews around i was hoping upon entering this place to be welcomed by a HELLO THANK YOU FOR COMING OR WELCOME none of that happened the woman appeared to be over worked and lost her desire for as it appear her ability to exercise good customer service skills and well make great food. The Donuts looked as if they were recycled from the dumpster, there were no Grading from the Killeen HEALTH DEPARTMENT insight i will never risk my families Health nor my own if the grade is not an A anything less is substandard and risking a bad case of food poisening , stomach cramps and diareah so imagine walking into this place and seeing NO GRADE AT ALL so me being me asked her Where is your license of certification to serve the public ? Where is your Grade ? The poor woman didnt know what I was talking about I told her the donuts are Old and are not protected there there are FLIES pooping and landing all over them seeing that someone just pulled off from the drive through after ordering a box of God only knows what type of mystery 8 legged little critter inside the dusty dirty box. She seemed very uninterested in anything i was saying she looked defeated and didnt really care if the business suceeded or not. So if you want to dine on a half of a fly leg, or bite into a larva filled chocolate donut, or experiance a case of 3 day old Donuts possible in my opinion recovered from lack of sale be my guest but in my opinion this establishment needs to be temporary closed, cleaned, all the fly inffected donuts thrown out fresh ones made and placed behind protected glass and the Health Department needs to definately pay this place a SURPRISE visit no certification insight and the woman I assume probably is lacking her food handlers certification because the food is suppose to be protected from Customers who may enter in with Covid19, the Flue, and or COUGH ALL OVER THE DARN place, or pets like dogs (service animals ) with long hair that could float into some poor unsuspecting childs jelly fill donut. In my opion I would never let my family risk there Health buying anything from this place. Sorry. I half to be honest and this is an honest review. While visiting from Maryland and at the advice of my goddaughter, I stopped in here to experience this chain’s donuts. The place seemed clean the lady behind the counter was polite. Being a first time customer, I procrastinated while reading all of the options, I thought she’d jump in and ask either what I typically like OR if it was my first time and attempt to help me out with a run down of offerings, neither happened. I went with a six pack and choose what I could see only to realize after they were packed that the “cake” style donuts I saw online were directly in the casing under the front counter, I did ask for one of these just to try. I wanted the donuts to be superior to the factory churned donuts made at Dunkin but they actually were not. I will eat donuts from DD but I know exactly what to expect and I expected more from here. The flavors were okay., regular glazed, white iced w/coconut, chocolate w/ walnuts, glazed buttermilk cake and I forget the others. The donuts were decent but they did not WOW me. I would equate the donut quality to the same as DD. I did not feel like they were freshly baked on site but they got eaten. I love the outside esthetic though,...

Went to shipley this morning. I ordered online. Got to the drive through.....the young lady told me.."its not ready..park/wait up front, and ill bring it out to YOU". So im waiting about 15-20mins, STILL wondering WHERE my order is. Finally..I get fed up..and go inside. I ask the woman if my order is ready?!!?...she said..."what order?!!?"......THEN....the manager i believe...said.."Sir...your supposed to wait in line for your order".....I said..."no..because your employee at the drive through window..TOLD ME...to wait up front....she then apologized...and told me..."its actually her 1st day working here(the woman at drive thru window)....I said..."ok".......I let it go......but what sucked EVEN MORE when I got home....THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! I ordered "2 bacon egg cheese" kolaches"......ended up with 2 sausage & egg...........WHY SHIPLEY?!!?
