I am going to get right to the point as this isn't the first time I have had to deal with this particular establishment. My daughter ordered through door dash for 6 people. Delivery was an option due to medical reasons. The order arrives and she goes through it and realizes that not only are items missing, but some of the items are incorrect. Now she has spent close to $100, a refund is not going to feed a family of 6. So she and my husband went to see if they would just give them the missing items. She didn't want the refund, she didn't even want to correct the wrong items, she just wanted the missing food so that the rest of the family could eat. There were two managers there but all they did was give excuses as to why they couldn't. They told her that she would have to contact door dash in order for them to do anything about it. So she stays in the lobby and makes that call in front of them. Door dash says they don't do that and that they would refund her the money for the missing items. She explains that she is there and all she wants is the missing items. Now I have read both policies for both businesses, and yes door dash handles refunds, but why couldn't the managers just give her the food that she ordered? It's not Door dash that makes the food and makes sure the order is correct. So if I go thru the drive thru and order through your app and you mess up, am I suppose to go through your app and have it fixed? No, you would correct your mistake, but with dealing with another business I guess that gives you a free dealing with customers pass. So with all the run around and banter back and forth, this fiasco took a couple of hours. The rest of the food was cold and and because of the attitudes of the managers made my own daughter, who also works in customer service, question why should she go out of her way to provide the best service possible when others don't? Oh, and contacting cooperate is a joke as we have gone that route in the past and all I get is an email saying I will be contacted....yea...
Read moreMy wife and I went in here tonight to get dinner for ourselves and the kids after grocery shopping since it was around 9pm and the cashier was leaning over the heating bin playing on her phone. The cashier finally acknowledged us and came over to take our order and the screen was out and couldn't see the menu. I asked her is the menu out? She said oh yeah I guess. So I got frusterated and walked away and started using the automatic teller ordering machine, by far the best part of our experience. We were waiting for our food and the cashier had gone over to wait for our food to bag it up, as she was waiting my wife and I saw her dig her finger in her ear and go to the fry dispenser and start racking fries. Another employee came in from outside and took her place at the heating bin waiting for our food she scratched the top of her head and her hair and then started bagging our food. OMG there is a hand washing station right next to the fry bin!!!!. The whole store was absolutely filthy!!!!!! We finally got our food and my fish sandwich had tartar sauce all over the inside of my sandwich box and barely any on my sandwich, LMBO really it's too easy to make a double fish sandwich or any other for that matter. They forgot my son's big Mac and all of our fries were hard and cold and barely filled the large fry container. Holy cow how is this location still in buisiness? I was a manager for McDonalds for nearly 4 years and loved every minute of it, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and by far the worst business practices I have ever seen in any McDonalds...
Read moreThis McDonald's has the rudest employees and managers that do not care about customer service. Went today ordered a Sweet BBQ Chicken sandwich combo when I received my sandwich the box said chicken and my receipt said chicken and it was a hamburger. I went to the counter to return it and the manager and several employees looked at me but never offered to help. Finally the manager yelled did someone she what that lady wants....employee at register asked so I told her she opened the box and lifts up the bun and then hands box to the guy on the line preparing food and he opens the box and touches the bun too. After waiting another 10 minutes they hand me the sandwich and it it in the same box because the greasy label is still attached i then opended the box all they did was take the hamburger off and slap a dryed up extra crisp chicken piece on there. I again went to the counter and was looked at by not one but two managers who said nothing to me so I waited until an employee decided to help me and asked for a manager. When the manager did come over I let her know up front I know you don't care because and the other manager just looked at me and never said anything....then I told her everything and all she wanted to do was make another sandwich...no apologies or not once did she say I will take care of this with my employees. I told her I just wanted my money back for my sandwich which she did give me a refund. Last time we ever visit this McDonald's...
