Manager Victor decided to cancel my order after my husband was outside. I called from home to see why and tried to replace the order. Victor stated the store was packed. Which was a lie my spouse was at the register. He was the only one inside . I decided to come to the store since I called customer care. I called while I was on the way TJ answered the phone . I asked TJ for the managers name and he was hesitant while my spouse was still there. He was laughing and hanging up the phone with Victor . I entered the store to ask what was the issue and Victor got disrespectful and customer care heard everything. While at the front employees did not have gloves on and was outside smoking a cigarette and went back in making pizza without gloves and washing hands. I appreciated that immensely ... a very thoughtful gesture!!! Also, he delivered our pizza in less time than we had been quoted. The food was delicious ... no complaints!!! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because of my online ordering experience. I order pizza online from another pizza place and even my first ordering experience with them wasn't frustrating like this one was. I think it took about 25 minutes. Read moreYet another in a long line of disappointing orders from this Papa John’s. Last time my wings were white and literally looked raw and I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home. This time there is literally no cheese on this pizza. You can see the crust and sauce and in some spots there’s not even sauce. It’s ridiculous and this is every time I order from this location and this time will be the last. You shouldn’t have to complain and waste more of your time waiting for stuff to be remade when they could just make it right the first time and yet they’re always spamming the tip notification on the app and in store when you pay.
