McDonald's — Restaurant in Killeen

I was forced to go through drive through because they close lobby at 8 pm. That wasn't the issue the issue was they got my order wrong. I know what your thinking this is McDonald's they never get a order wrong! Lol anyway shit happens the reason they get a 1 because while I'm at window a employee running food outside squeezed between my car and building to tell the staff inside they forgot some items for a customer they made pull into a parking spot to wait. Then the staff inside begins to tell the guy outside no that customer is lying I gave them they're stuff. And the staff begins to argue mere feet from my car while I'm at the window. They apologize to me atleast and to me no big deal. I get my food to drive off and noticed they mis made my order. I flag down the employee walking orders outside and explain the issue. They apologize bring my order back inside and I wait almost 25 minutes then bring it back out saying sorry for wait. I say thanks leave look at my big mac and the dude making sandwiches either don't give a damn to do they're job correctly or can't read a slip cause the dude made a mistake again not any mistake THEY EXACT mistake from the first time. So I call cause I'm not going to turn around figure I'd get a name of a manager and grab me a burger tommorow. They tell me to bring back the burger and receipt. At this point I'm dumb founded cause I knew I said I'm not coming back tonight I'll just grab a correctly made one tommorow and she repeats that's fine just make sure to bring a receipt(which they never gave me) and the burger back tommorow.......McDonald's i didn't think my faith in humanity could go any lower but you got it there. Imma just contact corporate with a photo of the burger showing how it was made wrong compared to the tag on the big Mac box. They don't need retraining they need...

Sunday, June 30th, I went through the drive-thru and order myself the Bacon Habanero Quarter Pounder meal. There was a long line and I waited, and got my order promptly. When I got home to eat my meal, my fries was old, burger was cold where the cheese didnt melt and whats worst is my burger didn't have any bacon at all!

I decided to send a message to the store manager at the time about "quality control." Store manager was kind enough to give me a call on Thursday, July 4th and invited me back for a free meal. Also told me that he gonna have a talk about their night crew about it. I didn't think I'm gonna stop by but I was hungry after a day of swimming so I stop in and ask about it. The cashier was polite and got the swing manager to help. The swing manager ask a series of question then went to the back for a few min and came back saying there was no memo about me getting a meal. I told him its fine and was about to walk out. He stopped me and told me he will get the burger for me and gave me a medium drink for my wait. While waiting one of the employee in the back sneeze twice into his hand and the manager had to tell him to go wash his hand!?! Why would someone sneeze into their hands and on top of that need someone to tell them to go wash their hands?? Disgusted, I got my burger from the cashier and he ask if I wanted fries, the swing manager quickly reply that it was only for a burger. I told the cashier that it's okay anyway and walk out.

Wait there is more! I got home to see how they improve on their quality control and this is what I got. A burger with barely any sauce and this time ONE slice of bacon! Talking about cutting corner! I guess they are a busy location off of a military base with plenty traffic where its okay to lose a...

Went through the drive thru today after making a few stops before going home I was ready to eat my food I knew I would have to warm it up some that's not my issue my issue is I had to redo my whole sandwich this is a common thing at this establishment the burger on my big Mac was hanging out the boxjust the patty and I asked for extra Mac sauce that didn't happen the other sandwich was a quarter pounder with cheese I asked for extra onions extra ketchup and extra mustard instead I got less onions that normally come on it I got a little dab of ketchup and no mustard at all I called and all they ever say is we will replace your order next time first of all the 2 other times I had a issue I was told my name will go in this magical book this was a few years ago and I say magical cause when u go to get it replaced it magically disappears hmmm so this time I told them no thank you now when I PAY EXTRA for doordash to deliver my order from the same place I get it exactly the way I want it and it seems like they care more about those orders then the actual drive thru I'm sorry but I will wait an extra minute in line if you need more time to spur my sandwich together the way I want it and I will wait longer in line to have you put your glasses on so my hamburger can actually be on the bun so tired of the slack...
