Done with this location. The service is great except for several few that must have had a bad day or whatever. We all have them. But ultimately it comes down to the order. In the last 3 days I placed the same order ahead of time for 1 exact same drink. Each of those times I got a different tasting and looking drink. On top of it, today 1 of the core ingredients didnāt even make it in, making the drink so sour it hurt my teeth. The drink is not complicated, with just a few add ons to the menu item. Yesterday all the add ins were floating on top. For over $7 a pop I think we can expect some consistency in mixing the ingredients as requested. Especially when they donāt skimp on ice. A few months back I ordered a drink at a drive through here and asked for light ice. Was told ājust so you know weāll do it for you today since you already ordered but we canāt do light ice anymoreā. May be if it wasnāt communicated in a condescending tone it wouldnāt be so unpleasant. At the same time, the app was still giving light ice option and a location down the street made it as requested without lecturing me at the window. Rey took the time to read my mobile order ticket & craft my drink precisely how I wanted. I know it was confusing to read given that I ordered a Hazelnut shaken espresso but w/ no hazelnut (I chose to sub macadamia).
For context - I ordered my drink at a different Starb but as I drove away it was wayyy too sweet & tasted like hazelnut. I didnāt want to go back or have to deal w/talking to someone so I just reordered at this one instead.
