If I could give a negative star rating, I would! My work group usually tries to support new businesses in Killeen. About 12 of us went for lunch. I was the 2nd person to order out of the group (salmon bowl w fried rice combo, which includes an eggroll & a drink). Out of 12 of us, I was the last to get my food. 3 of my other coworkers who ordered the same thing got their food before me. I wasn't going to say anything, due to me being a locally owned business owner in the food and beverage industry. I had already made my decision to not go back. The rice was extremely dry. The salmon was of small portion & burned. I sent the food back, asking for a refund because the group had finished their food. I wanted a refund because it took so long for me to get my order. The crew leader (lady in a blue shirt) said that she would remake it and it would only take 4 minutes. Ten minutes later, my food was not done. I asked for a refund. She had an attitude & asked if I still wanted the food. I said no. She still had not processed my refund. When I asked again, she had clearly forgotten about my refund. She called the store manager. (gentleman in black shirt). None of the staff were apologetic, acting as if they didn't care about the messed up order. As a matter of fact, blue shirt had an attitude with me because I did not want the food. Black shirt never spoke to me. He only processed the refund and walked away. I can assure you that as a small business owner in the food/drink industry, there would have been consequences for the sub par food & service that was given. But it’s what I had for the rest of the week until pay day. The kind kid at the front couldn’t figure out how to switch it to a form of cash payment so he asked for help from who I was assuming was a manager. A girl with reddish brown hair. Her response to him was rude and unprofessional. She acted so put out to have to be helping him “ugh and why are you asking me and not ‘so and so’” when she got to the register he let her know I had a $50 bill and she said “yeah you’re not gonna accept that, absolutely not.” He asked if I had a card and I questioned why they couldn’t take my $50. She shrugged her shoulders and said “we won’t accept it. We wouldn’t be able to accommodate other customers.” And walked away. She was so rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my order and walked out. Read moreWe noticed that the grilled chicken breast didn’t seem as fresh as it has been on previous visits. I brought this to the manager’s attention, and she immediately offered to replace the meals. I simply requested a fresh replacement chicken breast, which she promptly provided. She was very professional and helpful in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. She also mentioned that she would be keeping a closer eye on things to ensure this doesn't happen again.
