Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Killingly

I decided to order tonight because we hadn't had domino's in quite some time. Unfortunately, I was reminded why. For starters, this man came INTO my house and closed the door behind him. That is NOT okay. We are all women here & the one man that lives in this house was upstairs, in the 2nd apartment, at the time. And for 2, when confronted about the missing condiments that is INCLUDED in the Cinnamon Twists, the guy just shrugged his shoulders at us and said sorry. Didn't bother to offer to go grab the condiments that were supposed to be included in the order. Then, he claimed, "If it was ordered, it would have shown on the receipt." It literally says on the online ordering that every order of Cinnamon twists comes with 1 icing cup. If that isn't the case, the site needs to be updated, if it is, your delivery boy needs to be retrained. I get that it's petty, but the point is that he didn't offer to make amends for it. (We live within 2 miles from this location, so it's not like we are "SOOOOO" far away) So that's $12 wasted because my kids and I won't eat the Cinnamon twists without the icing. On top of that, I ordered extra mushrooms on my pizza, and there was definitely not even a regular order of mushrooms on my pizza. I'm just fed up at this point. I gave a more than decent tip ($15), just to be slapped with less than decent service. I am upset, and I will not be ordering from domino's anymore. There's other pizza joints...

we Live in dayville, close to the dayville CT dominos. There was a heavy storm that caused a tree to fall in the road. My 10 year old son while walking along saw a dominos delivery sign from one of the cars in the middle of the road. Must have fell off of the delivery vehicle when passing the downed branch. On his own accord, my 10 YEAR OLD insisted that we walk the sign back to the dominos locations. We live close but not that close. So during a strong windy rain storm, my 10 year old son and I returned the sign to the store. They didn’t even make eye contact and shrugged him off saying thank you. I wonder if the sign costs more then a pizza. This does not teach our young that doing the right things brings you good karma. If I was the store manager, I would have paid attention to the details of what my 10 years did to retrieve the sign and return it, and presented some type of gratification that a young boy had the mindset to do the right thing and return something that was lost. Most kids would want to keep it because it’s large and lights up. My son left there feeling completely dismissed. While I had to be the one to explain to him that what he did was right and honorable. Went inside regarding an online order that was paid for but they never received it. A ghost order the guy told me it was. So i ended up spending the cash for the same order in hopes that the money would be returned back to my account. I ordered 2 pastas Italian marinara and 2 pasta premavaras they both were cooked ok not as full as the ones we placed through online order previously a week before those were stuffed and done right had cheese on the marinara one and the Primavera was perfect these ones had burned splatters on them all four pastas 2 were lacking cheese on the marinaras and not enough sauce in them just like the primavaras didnt have enough sauce in them. In our online order before we had each an order of something that came out burned fried to the papers they were on the chicken nuggets barbecue sauce was burned couldnt make it out threw it away couldnt eat it couldnt pull apart from the mess it was just as well as the tater tots stuffed the was a nighmare as well didnt eat those either threw them away as well burned what pieces that were slavagable werent eatable. The orders online seem to get better attention well some things do. Pastas did that order but this one was not as good as ive eaten before. I really liked the Primavera pasta just not the ones i had gotten when i had to reorder them inside. Very...
