Pizza by the Chef @ the lake — Restaurant in Kimberling City

This store was horrible the girl serving us was kinda nice but not really nice so the first thing is the water taste like lead and burned my throat and my root beer tasted off there was a fly in my sister’s Dr Pepper after like 5 minutes then 10 minutes later we get are food my sister got mushroom pizza the mushrooms where not cooked through all the way and my spaghetti tasted disgusting but I still ate it then the thing I hated was when they came up and said you can’t leave till we get more paper so you can sign it then 10 minutes go by the she said you can just come pay then just the inside was dirty had flys wasps I highly don’t recommend this location I love Kimberly city though I do highly recommend going to the location in Branson West I had a way better experience and...

We came for the salad bar and pizza buffet. However, all the pizza on the buffet had been sitting for several hours and was dry and hard. We asked if fresh pizzas could be made and was told that they only make fresh pizzas when most of the pizza with out checking the freshness of the pizza on the buffet. Then we tried some of the brownies that were on the buffet and found that they had been sitting there all day and were as hard a a brick literally you could not bite into them. They did not regularly check the salad bar or see how it was. The pizza buffet was 15.99 $18 dollars after tax and honestly Taco Bell was better. It was a waste of money...

10/10 recommend Pizza by the Chef! Top notch Customer Service!! My family was just visiting for a couple of days, ordered pizza online. By no fault of the restaurant, the order came thru delayed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to wait for it to be made since we were en route to our destination. I cancelled it, got refunded and the next day they called and offered to make it right by personally bringing us the pizza that night on the house. That kind of Customer Service is rare!
