I highly recommend Lakeside Computer for assistance with any technology issues you have with your laptop. After 4 months of frustration with Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook and Teams primarily), Chris (IT Manager) was able to completely fix all issues. This included swapping a hard drive from an old laptop into a new laptop (without voiding new laptop warranty), fixing an Outlook issue that prevented my Outlook calendar from working for 1 of 2 business emails, changing rules in Outlook to save all emails directly on my laptop and not just in the Cloud, creating a thumb drive and loading my multi-license Microsoft 365 purchase for easy loading onto my wife's and mom's laptops, and assisting me with software I had trouble understanding (Microsoft Authenticator). I was using 2 different laptops because of these problems, and now I have everything working on 1 laptop! When I initially called the store, Chris listened to my issues and suggested I come down immediately to resolve. 15 minutes later, I was there and Chris went to work. Great pricing at $200 for all the hardware and software fixes including opening up both computers and changing out the hard drives.
