Kimberling city laundry — Local services in Kimberling City

Our house caught fire this last Friday (4/19/2024) late afternoon. By the time we were able to get anywhere to try to wash some of the clothes we attempted to salvage, it was around 8:30 pm. I called the number for this place off of yelp and a very awesome woman answered. I was most just asking for their closing time and didn't really expect an answer as basically the majority of places shut down around 7 or 8 or even earlier. She told me they closed at 10 pm and I wasn't sure if I had enough time to actually do a load of laundry and go buy new supplies along with drive time between Branson West and there. I cannot praise the woman who answered the phone that night enough because after learning about my house she not only turned on 2 of their biggest and 1 of their medium washers for us for free, but she also turned on 2 big and 1 small dryer for us for free. And that's not all, we were about 15 min late leaving after closing time and it wasn't an issue with them whatsoever. This woman and facility restored some sense of comfort in me that night when I needed it the most for me and and my husband and our 3 year old. The facility is brand new, SUPER clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. I totally recommend going here if you need to wash some clothes!!! I'd give you all a million...

We were camping for 10 days and needed to wash some cloths. We frequent various laundromats while we are traveling. This by far is the best one we have ever been to. This place is really nice but a group from Schaffer(?) was doing commercial laundry and had every small and medium machines full, every dryer, both tables, and every cart taken. One of them was rude when a few of us locals came in and tried to use them. Apparently if she puts a piece of tape on a machine, even if empty, it belongs to them. There were loads and loads of laundry...
