Subway — Restaurant in Kimberling City

The other day on our trip back from St Louis we stopped in Sullivan Mo at a subway it tasted so good to us that today I suggested we stop at our local Subway for a sandwich. We both ordered the exact thing we had in Sullivan, a BMT on Artisan Italian bread 6” and a Chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and cheese bread, on our first bite my fiancé and I both realized our bread was beyond though, you couldn’t tear a bite off with your fingers, let alone bite through it, my fiancé has dentures and his second bite loosened his teeth to the point he had to excuse himself and go to the restroom and re glue his teeth back in, I made a comment to what I thought was the supervisor, but my comment was ignored. It was apparent the bread was old and likely originally overcooked to the point of shoe leather. Wife and I went in @ 9pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches, small, just under $8. While making the my wife ask if could have hers in a wrap. Upon paying we were charged an extra $4. $ was not told that there was a extra charge for wrap.
