I see my wife beat me to the punch on this, but I'll add my 5-star review to hers and many others who have said good things about this gem of a shop. We have been wanting to upgrade her ring for many years and finally this year we decided to look into it. She found JeJo's by way of a Google search and we dropped in one day. We were not disappointed. The shop is tucked away in King City and we would have likely never known it was there had it not been for the reviews. It is a small shop and usually has customers waiting, so go in with patience because the wait is worth it.

Burak is very friendly and helpful and will shoot you straight as to what is possible versus what you should avoid. He was able to look at my wife's ring and come up with a few thoughts as to how it could be upgraded. After about 20 minutes of looking at options, we landed on a solution. Burak explained that he would need to order the extra bands and gave us a completion date of about a week out. He called me when the bands arrived and confirmed that we wanted to move ahead and the ring was completed a day ahead of the original date he gave us.

I had the pleasure of working with Burak and Tony on a custom ring project, and the experience was exceptional. Burak carefully sourced matching vintage-cut diamonds to complement the originals and doubled the gold weight while fully recreating the ring. My fiancée and I have worked with Burak on a custom engagement ring/wedding band project the last few weeks and to say that he far surpassed my expectations would be an understatement! I wanted to have my mom’s wedding ring re-sized and my dad’s wedding band and grandmother’s wedding ring combined to create a custom wedding band to perfectly match my mom’s ring. This was not a small project and I ended up with the ring of my dreams. He also turned the original diamond from my mom’s ring into a necklace for me since we ended up using a different diamond for my new ring so I can still wear her diamond. I felt so comfortable through this whole process because Burak was honest about what could be done with the rings, and explained everything so thoroughly.
