Food was delicious...biscuits were super delish and the sausage was fantastic! Employees Sabrina and Amy had excellent customer service, super friendly, pleasant. And professional. However the onky reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of one other specific employee whose name i didn't get (without trying to sound offensive) she was a middle age woman with darker hair cut in almost a bob cut above her shoulders: she was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and clearly in the worst mood of her life. I don't know if she was having a bad day or something but I am visiting my Oregon family and am from California and we specifically chose to order to-go from this place because we love biscuits and thought it was the perfect idea, but as soon as Sabrina started ringing us up, the angry woman stormed up to Sabrina from behind her and right in front of us huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and said "WHO ORDERS JUST ONE BISCUIT!?" (which by the way we weren't done ordering yet but also, we should be able to order just 1 without being ridiculed). She again looked at us rolled her eyes and stormed away. Sabrina was clearly shocked and just apologized on her behalf and started trying to finish taking out order. Meanwhile, the angry woman strikes again...this time toward a customer that was leaving. He got up from his table and left her a tip, she grabbed the money and audibly sighed at him and rolled her eyes directly at him and he seemed caught off guard and meekly asked her "I'm sorry, is this not a good enough tip?!" She then rudely turned away from him and stormed off. At this time an employee named Amy came up to assist Sabrina in finishing our order taking and was also very friendly and professional. Basically the only complaint was the AWFUL attitude of the one angry employee. I recommend the food but steer clear of the short, straight...
Read moreMy husband being a Black man from another country came to enjoy the food at this togard location 4 -18-2024 the two Caucasian women who were servers around 10-11am as Ihe stood by the door waiting to be asked to be seated for 10 min as they gladly seated 3 otherer causian couple some with there children and gladly took there orders as he waited patiently to asked to be seated the siign said wait to be seated so as they ignored him one of the server finally came after serving 1-2 of the families food to come to sit ..when sitting down she didn't ask if he wanted coffee or the normal biscuit cafe service we expect from any other locations as he waited she brought water and placed it on the far corner of the table then the menu after another 5 to 6 min she brought coffee . Then asked for my order without asking how he likes his eggs cooked when she came back to the table she slammed the plated on the table a s if she didn't want to serve the food the eggs were very yoky and he never eats eggs like that there always over hard but if she would have asked him then he would have said it ...the disappoint of being a black person who has to deal with someone s impatience and blatant lack of regard of order of service to introduce a person to what they should expect coming to your restaurant to stand 10min and seat 3 other families before seating him and taking orders and serving some before seating a person who is not understanding is just plain sad what ever her problem was I hope she remembers she is a server and must not assume every person knows the customs ofthere restaurants esp if there is a sign that says wait to be seated . The food was not what we have grown to love from biscuits I hope you speak to your employees and don't make some one else who patronize your business feel...
Read moreI first would like to say I have been going to biscuit cafe in my old neighborhood since it opened. Other locations has GREAT warm and welcoming service everytime. I am new to the area and have been wanting to try this location for a nice peaceful breakfast. Sadly I wasn’t given that experience. I came in and seen the coffee flight but only wanted the peppermint flavor. I asked if I could get it hot and my server referred to her manager Amy(keep in mind the back of house is not closed off very public). I watch Amy be very short and demanding in her no response. In my servers’ return I ask if I could just get peppermint syrup in my coffee mocha. Simple right? Amy again was loud and unruly in her response and demanded my server tell me it’s a $3 upcharge for it AND no refunds. I say okay no issue in paying for things I want. For my meal I ask if I could get chicken sausage instead of the other sausage otherwise I’d be willing to pay for it Al la carte. Again Amy was disrespectful in her response. She was so loud and rude about it my server was so shaken up that she forgot my order THREE times. Now as I sit there expecting a peaceful breakfast I watch Amy give everyone else great service. This is not who she truly is in my perspective. Or maybe she was prejudice towards me and did not want my presence. Either way I won’t ever be back to this location because of her belligerence. My server was sweet and the food was good. Ambience and service is what keep customers coming back and I unfortunately was...
