Ma'Luz Mexican Grill (Mi Pueblo) — Restaurant in King

I love Mexican food, and Mi Pueblo, in King, has been one of my favorites for a long time. However, the King location has been charging over 8% tax, when it is supposed to be 6.75% in our area. No other restaurant, in King, is charging that kind of tax. I noticed this issue when I was dividing up a takeout order for my coworkers (over 6 weeks ago), hoped it was a one time issue, and let it go. Then, when I went with my family, it was still wrong. It was a busy, Friday night, so I didn't press the issue, but I informed someone at the register. I reached out to Facebook-land to see if anyone could explain, but no one could, and I'm not the only one having this issue. The strange thing is the percent is different on each receipt! Another strange thing, I was informed by a friend, is that they are aware of the issue, and still haven't fixed it! This has been going on for at least 6 weeks, and who really knows how long before that?! Where are those extra funds going?!?! How is this okay?! I refuse to be ripped off, so I will be satisfying my Mexican food cravings at other establishments, in our area, who know how to do math! A concerned citizen and former...

So we went yesterday and took our mothers there to celebrate Mother’s Day.. We had such TERRIBLE Service!! Our waiter didn’t understand English AT ALL!! It literally took about 20 mins or so to take our order, and by the time the order was finished we were all irritated and dang near ready to leave. We go to order drinks because on the menu it says ask for our drink menu… he proceeds to tell me they don’t even serve liquor only beer because it’s a dry county. So My Girlfriend and I ordered a beer and my girlfriend couldn’t even drink it cause it wasn’t very cold at all, lukewarm at best! Bad thing is I don’t even like beer but I needed one at this point!! The sweet tea was nasty… the white cheese was like cheese water… My Girlfriends Mother had to keep running to the bathroom and her stomach has been messed up still the next day! Don’t waste your time cause not ONLY did Ty service suck the food was mediocre at best! Our kids got tomatoes and they didn’t want them.. and my moms cup had something floating in it! Everything super salty! Worst dining...

I wanted to start off by saying this is my favorite Mexican restaurant around, but the past I want to say 3 or 4 times of take out/delivery it has been nothing less than ridiculous. Prices changing every time I order when i’m ordering the same meal, not just a couple dollars 10 DOLLARS difference. For the same. meal. I’m assuming it’s how they ring it up differently but yet still ridiculous. Missing food items, wrong food items etc. If it was one time I genuinely wouldn’t come on here complaining, as i’m not one to usually complain. But consistently 3-4 times in a row is just unnecessary. i understand people make mistakes, they are very busy, they deal with tons of different things every single day. I get that. Just very disappointed in how things have changed here. I want my money back from the previous time as this was just the last time i’m willing to pay for continuous silly mistakes after i’ve given the benefit of the doubt...
