Liquid Coffee Shop and Bistro — Restaurant in Kingman

A complete disappointment I would spend less in Beverly Hills, get better quality and service I do not mind to spend money, but with that said, I expect quality and service. My 2 little boys wanted a cappuccino and a something to eat. so we stopped at this Cafe' in Downtown Kingman. 1 Espresso served in paper cup (and terrible blend, bitter) $4.00 2 Micro turkey sandwiches served with plastic fork $24.00 2 small cappuccinos 8oz $6.50 total $34.50 !! 20% Tip and you have pick up your own food yourself, it is like a fast food where they charge you for service that does not exist Total with taxes and tip for 2 small sandwiches. 1 coffee and 2 small cappuccinos served in paper cup and plastic "silverware" as they call it... $44.18 in Kingman AZ WOW! I was with my 2 children and I did not want to ruin their meal, but I had to say something to the owners of this cafe': you are out of touch with reality. If you want to charge $4.00 for an espresso, better first get a good quality blend, second, get a ceramic cup, third, have your waiter deliver it to the table. Same story for your overpriced cappuccino. And for the $24.00 for 2 little sandwiches, do not even get me going... at least provide real silverware, not plastic cheap forks. Seriously when I go to Beverly Hills for business breakfast I spend less and I get better...

Have been to this coffee shop twice now, the exposed bank vault and bare metal work gives a very cool industrial atmosphere, service was slow both times with only one or two people working for drive thru, counter register, and meal/drink making.

First time was a few months ago, I got a iced vanilla latte. The drink was mostly milk and flavor/sugar. I drank a quarter of it, felt sick and threw it away.

Went back this weekend to give it another chance. This time orded a iced latte (a basic drink) hoping there would be more coffee than sweetener and milk. Again it was mostly milk. Drank 2 sips and again realized I'm drinking iced milk. I went up to the only employee working and stated that this was mosted milk then asked if they could just add more espresso to it. She said she would have to charge me for another shot of espresso. I then asked if she could just top it off with coffee and expressed again that this is just iced milk. Her response again was that she would have to charge me more. I told her the "coffee" is undrinkable. No response from her. I threw the drink in the trash can and walked out.

Hopefully this place can learn to make a simple latte or they will not be in business much longer. They definitely will not have...

Yesterday we waited 20 minutes not to get our order in but to get greeted. Of course we walked out. Wanted to try again today to see if yesterday was a fluke and the same thing happened!

What kind of owner tells their only employee on shift to run the drive thru, register, drinks, and food.

We did the wait to see how long it’d take to get our order in and it took 25 minutes to get in our order and 10 minutes. Also, because it took so long for the employee to even talk to us she never told us the kitchen was closed. So we waited to eat and never got to eat! No alternative milk options besides out milk by the way.

Message to whoever owns this business: This is not a sustainable way to run your business. I read that this remodel is relatively new so instead of cutting employee hours and costs to fund your rebrand let’s start with the basics and worry about a proper...
