Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Kingman

This is a pretty reasonable place where they assemble your pizza and you take and bake at home. As we live in a rural location this works well to have take out that is hot. They have lots of options so you should be able to find something you like. I was a little irritated with the staff. We ordered ahead. We spent almost 50 dollars. We walked in and paid, one person ahead of us. We stepped over to the pick up line..3 people ahead of us . You show receipt and they hand your order to you. Some guy who had just picked up and came back in with pizza he was upset they had put the tomatoes on the wrong side. He wanted them to put them on right side. The crew became a little confused. The woman who took our order over phone, took our money, and appeared to be in charge. She came over and inserted herself in the problem while the guy was resolving the problem. We and 3 others were waiting for someone to hand us our pizza from the shelf. She totally ignored us. Here is where I got irritated, she had been very friendly up until she realized I did not put a tip on the amount when I payed. I don't think I owe a tip when I pick up just because it's fast food. She made us and the customers behind us wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes before we were handed our orders. So now I'm a little torn about whether to make a bigger deal or just not return. ...

Since I have tried this pizza I will not buy any other pizza ever!!! You can choose your crust thickness, sauce, toppings(which are extremely generous & piled high), and best of all because you take it home and bake it yourself in 12 to 18 minutes this pizza is fresh and hot when you want it. Plus there is the added benefit of "NO SALES TAX" because it is a food item not cooked on site. It is just like buying groceries, no tax. Here, it is 10 o/o because AZ. says it is a snack product when it is already cooked for you. You can order online also they give you great coupons too. I have never had to wait more than 20min's to pick up my pizza. Once you try this Wonderful Pizza you will never ever "Settle" for any other pizza again!! Great people and management at this location also. When you call always ask what there special's are, you never know it just might spur you on to try something new. #1 on my list is their fast and friendly service. It takes them only a few minutes to build my pizzas from scratch while I watch. #2 is that the shop is spotlessly clean. #3 the employees don't look or act bored to tears while they crank out pie after pie. #4 when I asked for anchovies there were no rude comments about hairy fish and not one case of eye rolling. They simply included a little tin of choves so I could add as many or few as I wanted prior to baking. #5 I'm moderately disabled and have to use a walker. Without me even asking for assistance, they carry my pies all the way to my car so I don't have to juggle the pies while dealing with the shop door, my walker, car keys, car door etc. #6 which should really be #1, it's pretty dang good pizza! Their sauce is nice and tangy and they use enough. Geez now that I've written all this I'm craving a Papa Murphys Cowboy pizza. It's 10:42 at night so, too bad so sad I'll have to wait...
