Stan's Late Night Pizza — Restaurant in Kingman

I will try this place again and update my review, as I really want to see local businesses thrive. And I am tired of chain pizza lol.

However, there were some issues with my first time ordering from here.

I ordered "The Deluxe" and the "The Philly cheese steak" pizza.

The Deluxe is basically a supreme, which is what the order taker recommend when I mentioned it. It was anything but that, I would say it was a meat eater's wet dream. It was just like tons and tons of meat, very greasy. I had to use several paper towels to mop up the grease. I also noticed the crust was not very well cooked, it was very underdone in my opinion. However, the part I disliked the most after all that was the sauce! It was so sickly sweet. I am not actually against a sweet marinara, but this was basically like honey.

The Philly was WAY better. It was not as greasy, and since it didn't use that honey marinara, it was actually not too bad. It could have used a bit more time in the oven but overall not too bad.

Also, they were pretty quick with the delivery and everyone was nice so I just wish the pizza was a bit better! I will try them again in the future to see if...

Now I want to say that we traveled through and had a camping spot at the KOA. So we traveled all day and wanted a good pizza. I saw some people were complaining about the quality of the pizza or the service or whatever. But let me tell you about it. I got a Deluxe pizza and the other person in the group didn't want all the stuff on it, so we ask to just load them up on the other side. And man one side was loaded up with all the goodies while the other one was as ordered. This was one of the best pizzas I had. I mean I didn't have any pizza in NY or Chicago like others did, but I had them in plenty of other places and countries. So don't tell me you know pizza just because you had a pizza in some east coast cities. I have to say whenever I am traveling through Kingman, I will get a pizza here or try something else at this place as this was one of the best experiences I had. Also, the girl at counter was friendly, so there wasn't an issue like others complaint about. So let me tell you as a top reviewer, this is a great place to go and you for sure will get better food as in any of the chains in this town. So go and get...

I ordered from here based on the reviews. I'm not a local just driving through. I chose this place cause I really don't care for chain pizza. I usually don't care to give reviews and keep any comments to my self. But I just felt led to post a review. We weren't happy with the pizza nor the bread sticks. My husband loves pizza from anywhere and he didn't cate for it either. Honesty we both had a slice each and just tossed it. The cheese was cold and didn't hold on to the pizza. It seemed like it sat for a while before it got to us. Same with the bread sticks, they were barely warm and not much taste. We did have it delivered amd was told it would be an hour for delivery. We were ok with that. It took about an hour and a half before we got the pizza. We always order delivery and our pizza is usually hot and bread sticks warm and soft. I don't know why our pizza was cold, maybe the delivery person got lost or stopped somewhere before getting our food but it was cold.
