My experience today was bad..I didn't even get a drink..I was the only one in line and the girl looked at me and continued moving things around.. she then ducked down and was opening the cupboards.. never acknowledged me once and after standing there for about ten minutes I walked away..I looked down at her crouched down as I walked by and she just looked up at me and never said a word.. need to hire...

One of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had in my life. Ordered a tea, got the wrong thing, politely said it wasn't what I ordered and caught so much attitude.
