Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Kings Mountain

Im currently calling the store now......I been waiting for someone to pick up the phone its been 6 mins now im still on the phone is a type this message....I have waiting on hour for 18 chicken wings....I run a pizza places for a while even apply here so I know how it goes....but whatever manager on shift tonight needs a damn write.....I want my money back im not ordering here no more.....after 17 mins someone finally picks up the phone I was told by a female who said she was the manager n she stated that they sent it to doordash.....I order on the papajohn website....she stated bc it was no tip on it that he didn't want to deliver my order....I was giving cash tip.....stated that yall deliver driver have a choice to deliver its its no tip.....now its was 12:06....I stay across from high school so 7 mins tops from the restaurant....she said that he has alot to do bc yall close at 1am......she told me she was canceling my order n hang up on me....that manager should not...

Let me start by saying that this restaurant is usually awesome. However, I recently placed an order and they totally changed my opinion of them. I placed my order online and within a few minutes of ordering I received a call from what I assume was the manager. He asked me to come pick up my order because his only driver had just left on a long delivery. I'm in a wheelchair and can't get up on to the sidewalk in front of the restaurant so I told him that I couldn't come pick it up. I asked him to just cancel the order but he said, "I'll find somebody to bring it to you." He sounded pretty annoyed. When the food arrived, it wasn't in one of the insulated carriers so it wasn't even close to being hot. As if that wasn't bad enough, all of the papadias looked like they had been made by a three y/o. After reading some of the other reviews, it's clear that this restaurant is lacking in decent management. They won't even take orders...

I ordered pizza for delivery and after about a hour and half I called to check the status and they said it was put in for carryout. I go up to the store to pick up my order. I told the girl I wasn't sure how it was carryout bc I ordered it for delivery and she replied that she wasn't sure why that keeps happening. So obviously there is an issue. I asked her why they didn't call me when they saw the order had been sitting there for 30-45 min?! She said we don't pay attention to them we put them over there and wait for the people to come get them! I said again so my order has just been sitting there and it didn't occur to anyone of the 5 people in here working that maybe something was wrong. The guy making the pizza dough turns around and rudely says well we've been busy tonight. Rude and unprofessional and will be the last time I ever order from papa john's!!! Especially when there are at least 3 other pizza...
