Went through the drive thru and ordered my meal. Halfway home I checked my bag to find that they did not provide the correct items. I drove back to the store and went inside to show them what I received. No one behind the counter seem to be able to help me. Finally they found a female who seems to be the manager on duty. She didn't smile or acted like she was glad to help me after I told her what the problem was. I told her what was wrong with my order (I received white meat when dark meat was ordered. I received mash potatoes and gravy when I ordered macaroni and cheese. I received sauce on the wings when I requested hot wings without sauce and I also requested my drink without ice. The cup was full of ice and little drink). She proceeded to grab all the items off the counter very forcefully and rough. She slammed a new cup on the counter so I can remake my drink. She took the food items and crunch them up into the bag. She then gave the wrong food items to another person who threw all the items into the trash. She located my order on the monitor and instructed another person to remake my meal. As I was remaking my drink, she brought my new food items to me at the drink counter. I decided to open the box and check my new items before leaving the store. They still didn't provide the correct side item! I went back to the counter and motioned to a worker and informed her that they still provided the wrong side item to me. She didn't apologize for the error. She went and got the correct item and handed it to me. Still no apology and walked away. I went away feeling like they don't value me or the other people who were waiting in line for a while for their food as valuable customers! I'll think twice before going back...
Read moreWent through the Drive through at 5pm sharp! Bought a 12 piece meal for the family with two sides of mash potatoes and mac and cheese plus 6 biscuits. $32! Waited at the window for about 7 minutes and they came back to tell me they didn't have any biscuits and they had to make some?? Really at 5:00ish dinner time?? How prepared are you?? Then I was told to pull into a parking spot and wait on food. Two minutes later a girl came to the window and said I didn't pay for my food and told me to prove it by showing her the receipt (which I was never given) so I pulled it up on my bank app! I was super annoyed at this point! She went back inside and came back with a receipt but no food. Waited another 8 minutes and no food nothing! Went inside and no one knew anything about my meal. Took my receipt and disappeared and then same person who took my receipt came back to me and asked me if I paid! I am super hot by this time...can you blame me!! Brought me some food ( I should have checked) and no one apologized at all! By the time I got home, food was cold and I was jipped two pieces of chicken, two biscuits and no mac and cheese!! Read moreI've worked food service before and I rarely ever have complaints about service, but the customer service at the drive thru was probably the most rude I've ever experienced. Rushed through order (took maybe 1m max) talked down to like a child not even hiding the fact they were being sarcastic and rude. I felt like I was on a hidden camera prank show or something with how outrageous it was.
Left the window without finishing the order because the person I was with was so upset with how we were treated that they didn't even want to pull up to the window anymore.
I went inside and ordered (the lady I ordered from was very nice, which is the only reason for 2 stars) and politely asked to talk to a manager about the employee. I hate Karens so I was as reasonable as possible. I explained the situation and was basically shrugged off and told "We were just in a rush" and "They were probably just trying to hurry up and get the order through"
I understand having your employees back, and I respect it, but if a customer is coming to you politely to tell you that the service was bad, at least PRETEND you'll talk to the employee about it. Bad overall experience and probably won't...
