Dessert heaven! Affordable and yummy treats, great service and clean restaurant. Definitely coming here again for a sweet treat, or something more.
I didn’t try any hot food items this time around, but I will make it a point to next time. It was a Saturday night and the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, almost spilling into the roadway, so it’s safe to say this is a popular DQ!
The inside is updated and clean, with plenty of seats inside (and some outside) for patrons dining in. I loved that they even had some Fall decor displayed. The line was kind of long inside this evening also, but the cashier’s upbeat and friendly attitude made the wait bearable.
We ordered a vanilla milkshake, a blizzard and a Oreo & brownie cupfection, all for a very affordable price. Everything was perfectly cold and tasted super delicious. I totally recommend the Oreo & brownie cupfection as it has a big piece of brownie, several Oreo crumbles and the perfect amount of vanilla ice cream. It was a great way to end our night after dinner.
Even with the long lines inside and outside, our order came out pretty quickly. The staff here are on top of...
Read moreAlthough the burger was really messy as a big cheeseburger should be, the beef patties seemed a little dry. We were in line for fifteen minutes before ordering. Once our order was taken we waited approximately fifteen minutes for our foodto be ready. Once we received our order my wife took it to the car while I waited another five minutes for my Blizzard. The girl taking orders delivered three more orders to the dining area to waiting customers while I waited. She finally went to a window behind the counter and ordered my Blizzard. The lady back there handed the Blizzard through the window as soon as she asked for it. I had to wait for three other customers to get their orders before she could hand over my Blizzard, and no, they ordered behind us so it wasn't just deliveringfood in the order taken. Had the restaurant been busy I would have left but it wasn't busy, there were only two people in front of us. I got the impression they were just not concerned with customers. Kind of one of those times when you feel like you're more of a bother...
Read moreWe went in for lunch today and I was very clear when I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Plain, No Bun; yes, I just wanted burger patties, cheese and bacon. My husband's meal was exactly what he ordered, however, my burger was a fully loaded Double Bacon Cheeseburger on a bun. I explained to the young lady again exactly what I ordered, she brings out the exact same burger with the bun removed. Seriously? A person with Celiac Disease could fall ill from any gluten residue the bun left behind leaving the owners open to a potential lawsuit. They need to train their staff to actually listen to the customer; that is the cashier's sole job, which that young lady failed to do twice. They also need to train the kitchen staff that they cannot simply remove the bun, nor any ingredient, the customer requested to not have on their food, because a person with an allergen could get sick just because they wanted to be lazy and not make the order correctly. The cashier was apathetic and walked away as I was speaking to her. I got a refund and...
