Have been picking up from this location for a couple-few years now. Started because half my large family is gluten-sensitive and we've tried all the local pizza places that did GF, and they said this is the best. We also have a large extended family. Need 20 pizzas? No problem.
Using the available deals on the website this is hands down the most bang for your buck and the website easy to navigate.
I would say we order 8-12x per year and our orders have NEVER been wrong. This is typically 8-10 separate pizzas. A couple of my kids don't do cheese or want light cheese. No problem. ALWAYS correct. Places we like eating, we always give slack; we're all human and we make mistakes. NOT THIS DOMINOS. After probably 30 some orders, totalling around 300 pizzas they're still running perfect order accuracy.
As far as service: always a nice greeting. On a couple occasions they have been out of GF crusts. When this has happened, I've received a phone call within 30 seconds. Robert is consistently at the restaurant. This man is always cheerful and genuine (he called me one of the times they didn't have GF crusts so we could cancel the order, can't have half of us eating in front of the rest). Everyone has been very nice and double checks the order.
I gave atmosphere a 5 but really I've only done take-out. Place always looks clean and there's always cold Coke in the fridge.
We appreciate this place, the crew staffing it, and are grateful for them. Nice easy button meal that everyone in my family...
Read moreIf I hadn't managed a dominos before that was consistently managed on standards, I might have a laxer opinion.. but I have, so I don't. But I wish so bad that it was better than it is. The hand tossed dough has been consistently thin as a thin crust, no rise in it at all. They are either smashing it too much while stretching before cooking or using over proofed dough, I dont know, but both produce that result. The cheese is always consistently not to the edge and showing burnt sauce. The cheesy bread always has a stick or two on the ends that is just breadstick, no cheese at all on top or inside. The twists are always very different in sizes, like tiny to super big, so no care in making those either. The food itself is still better than pizza hut or little ceasars.. but I know just how good dominos can be and this is a disappointment to my GM heart. I also know there is no way on a friday or saturday evening that my order is immediately in the oven. We often have to wait for our order after arriving because they screen clear orders as they come in. I know that helps YOUR bottom line and franchise ratings, but it hurts your PR. I wish I would take photos more often, but I don't. I would hope sending ratings through the app would help the franchise owner notice something is wrong, but apparently, it doesn't. So here's to the public. I'll keep taking photos from here on (good and bad) and update...
Read moreI placed an order on December 1st using my Cash App account & my initial total was $19.51. Over 24 hours had passed & an additional $2.93 was also deducted. Which brought my total to $22..44. I placed another order on December 2nd BEFORE the additional $2.93 was deducted & the same thing happened. My initial order was $14.56 and that exact amount was deducted from my Cash App, however, early morning on December 3rd, I received an alert that an additional $2.00 was deducted. I called Dominoes & spoke to a manager named Richard. The Dominoes store is located at 1355 A E King Ave Ste A, Kingsland, GA 31548. Richard was VERY dismissive and didn't apologize or show ANY empathy. I let him speak but EVERYTIME I spoke he interrupted me. He even made a snarky comment & said "I'm glad you think you are smarter than me" which I took great offense to. He said there wasn't anything he could do on his end and blamed it on cash app even though I ordered via you and YOUR system (DOMINOES) submitted the amount to be deducted. The amounts may not be a big deal to you but it is the...
