I am not one to leave a bad review with fast food restaurants because they are struggling to hire. But this McDonald's left me no choice. My family and I walk in and stand at the counter for a few minutes without anyone walking over, only looking. We then ordered on the kiosk so we could actually be waited on. We got our receipt and went to the counter to pay. There was another woman in front of us and this young girl walked over and asked if we had ordered yet. We told her that we had and then she walked off before we could say that we needed to pay though. After a minute or two of standing there, she finally looks back at us and we tell her we have to pay so she tells the manager that we have ordered but needed to pay. She was obviously a new employee, which is completely fine, but the manager should be doing better at making sure they're trained to do the job. We then told her that we had a code from the app to use, she entered some numbers, and my wife inserted the debit card. Apparently, the code did not take and the employee was completely confused and just stared at us. We decided that it was just going to be a bad experience so we didn't push the issue. We finally got our cups, after telling her we needed three instead of two and her taking a minute to verify. Also asked a gentleman for some ketchup, he handed it to me, I said thank you, and he just stared back at me. It was a pleasant experience, let me tell ya.
With all that said, I have used the drive thru multiple times and rarely have an issue. This is the first time my daughter has wanted to eat inside and we have decided that it will be our last. We'll stick to the drive thru from now on.
Feys II (owner) is based next to my hometown and I know they expect more from their employees and hope they handle this training/lack of motivation...
Read moreSat Nov 24 2018 Ticket number 1488. 0139am We got there in the wee hours of 1am. We waited for upwards of 6minutes for the cars in front of us to even be greeted. After they were greeted and ordered taken it was my turn, the cashier takes or order and even though I stated clearly just the sandwich for both my #1 and #9 (extra onion) when I asked for it, she insisted on either not listening or trying to upsale me. Couldn't tell if it was greed or incompetence. We get around to the line for the pick up window and again there's a wait. So we wait for another 4-7 minutes I'm annoyed so I'm sure my perception was off by a few but at least a song and maybe a half had passes before the car in front of me was asked to go to the pick up lane. Then it's my turn, at this point I'm only still here because my little sister wanted it. We wait another 2 minutes before they take my money and another 5+ or so before I get my food. Meanwhile I'm looking into the store as I worked steps outside to puff his e cig, 3 are huddled together talking 1 girl actually cleaning the coffee mess, one girl waking around in circles scratching her belly periodically stopping to take orders. Another is walking around (the one who took my money) chewing on something. Mind you I ordered a Big Mac sandwich only, and 2 cheeseburgers with extra onion just the sandwiches. But we wait for what feels like 7-10minutes for us to get our food. I'm so pissed I check the bag to see 3 sandwiches mind you it's about 1:57 our ticket says our order was taken at 1:39. I get home my big mac has extra onion and my sisters cheeseburgers have extra pickle no mustard no ketchup. I was tired and angry so I settled for writing this review in...

But I will say If you ever get McDonald's you have yo use their app to order they have coupons that regularly give you 20 or 30 percent off your entire order if you spend either 10 or 15 dollars. With a family of 4 that is going to happen almost ever time. So it saves you money. As well as earns points that you can use for free things like a happy meal or a quarter pounder. I susally use the points when it's just 1 person eating so then it is a free trip you can only order one thing at a time on your app. But a way to get around this is to have 2 accounts on different phones. But then there will be 2 different amounts of points to use. Also the speed of which you can just pick up your order from the app is amazing. Order it say when you are there drive in the drive through and your food is usually ready by thr time you get to the second window. I will also say if you do in for an inside pick up it is still faster then just ordering in house most of the time. And once you get the layout of the app it is easy to navigate. As well as it saves your orders so you can just save an order if you someone that keeps...
