Hello so I come here all the time and one of my favorite people here is Shay she is the sweetest and I actually seen a terrible review on her and wanted to put my 2 cents in unlike alot of you know when it comes to apps and rewards if it does not work for some reason unfortunately a lot of the times we cannot fix that it’s the app not us and to me on your review you said she gave you a discount trying to give you 4$ off witch is better than nothing at all so she tried her best to mediate the situation and you were not okay with that I’m guessing because it wasent exactly what you wanted but yah know all of us order takers as cashiers deserve more credit then we get a lot of you haven’t had a good day and decide I want a smoothie or food or whatever it may be and that bad energy then is thrown at us maybe because you code didn’t work or you seen something that you thought was for that date but was for another… but anyways the person who took a picture of shay who again has been the sweetest person ever every time I have come here she goes above and beyond with customer service!! Been a long time fan of Tropical Smoothie! I travel quite a bit and I will typically find the closest Tropical Smoothie when I do. Been to quite a few in multiple states. I can say without a doubt that the one in Kingsport Tennessee is the best that I have been to with far superior smoothies. I used to travel to Johnson City from time to time to get a smoothie so I was extremely excited when one opened in Kingsport. A few months back I stopped in to get a smoothie on my way to Bristol. Ava told me that she made my smoothie "her way" and it was hands down the best smoothie I have ever had! She continues to make my smoothies in the same way and she has also had MacKenzie and Scout making them the same. I bought two smoothies here. I was impressed not only by the deliciousness of the smoothies, but also by the size of the smoothies. Huge value for the size!

The young lady who took my order and made my smoothies was a delight and provided excellent customer service. She made the smoothies in a timely manner and was kind enough to bring them out to me at the table.
