I've been to this store a few times and it's generally been an unremarkable experience. This review is primarily about the actions of a single employee outside of the store. It's common to see employees outside the store smoking as they stare off into the parking but as I and a coworker walked down broad street a skateboarder attempted to ride in-between us and the employee outside. There was about 4.5 feet of clearance. the skater shouldn't have tried to squeeze in-between us but it does not excuse the actions of the employee who proceeded to SHOVE the skater off his board and into the road. The skater was thankfully ok but what makes this worse is that he was a minor. The man didn't apologize and even attempted to lie and say he didn't put his hands on him (even though there was 4 witnesses). I typically spend $3k-$4k per year in this store for my spouse. The last two times I entered the store I was pretty much ignored. I waited over twenty minutes to pick up a pair of special order shoes recently. Bill ignored me and went upstairs and never returned. Luckily, Kevin treated me like a champ.

Today I took in a return of almost $1,000. Bill was instantly irritated. I was shocked at how rude he was for returns that were in immaculate condition. He didn’t say thank you, Merry Christmas or anything when I departed.

On the way out he said, “if your husband doesn’t want the shoes we were to order (over a week and he hasn’t even placed the order) let me know because I don’t want to order and have to return”.

Amazing store. They got an awesome selection of everything a guy can possibly want. The clothes and blazers could not be more comfortable, and have a great selection of American made goods that lasts seemingly forever unlike the cheap Chinese items you'll find at Men's Wearhouse or Jos A. Bank. As someone who learned about style from being in a fraternity they got clothes that looked perfect for myself, my dad, and even my grandpa. I wish there was store like this...
