I have been a customer at Dominos on Market St. in Kingston for aprox. 12 years now. In all that time I have not only enjoyed the food and the fact that new items are constantly being added to the menu, I have also appreciated the quality of service provided.
Every Manager that I have known over the years, along with every employee, have always provided prompt, courteous, professional service. I have product delivered to my house as well as picking up at the store. Every employee has treated me with kindness and a genuine concern to insure that evry contact with Dominos is the best it can be.
No matter what I order it is always prepared the right way and tastes great. Any question I have ever had about items on their menu have always been answered in a knowledgeable manner.
Dominos food and their selection has done nothing but get better over the years. They are constantly striving to make a better experience for the customer.
Not only is it nice to get a good meal, it is amazing to find someplace that is so consistantly friendly. Going into the store is always a warm and welcoming experience. Delivery service is exceptional.
I have had some health problems over the years. Every driver that comes out to my house always takes the time to ask how I am doing. They will bring my order in and put it where I want it for me. They have always been professional, kind and courteous. I have dealt with some of the employes for years and they still address me, in a professional manner, by my last name.
If you want a great all around experience. Great tasting food, good service, friendly people, definately visit Dominos on Market St. in Kingston.
My Thanks to the franchise owner and to the managers over the years, who have obviously put in the effort to create a good working environment, that turns out...

Yet I didn't receive an apology from anyone or a thank you for making them aware of this dish just angry stares and awqward silence. So if you order from here make sure u can show them a picture of what it is you want otherwise they may act as if they don't sell pizza at dominoes or be prepared to order once in person and once online while you wait for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSometimes it's great other times is a waist of time and effort. Depending on who's working you are subject to having poor customer service, a long wait, and if you order over the phone they may forget you completely. And when you call back your subject to being hung up on for telling them they gave you the wrong order. The lady's that work there seem very professional with great customer service But there is this particular individual who gives domino's and his coworkers a bad name. He preps food while eating over the orders with no gloves. He not sanitary at all and did not wash his hands after handling money and the phone. He did resolve the situation with the pizza and apologize for it and personally made sure our next pizza was credited. My family loves to eat at at dominoes and now we hesitate. It sucks but personally I think he should change his approach and consider the fact that he is putting other people's lives at risk. It disrespectful and rude and I don't take lightly to people playing with or around my food. Dominos is a great place to grab a bite to eat but if you happen to call in and get greeted with an "umm" alot I'd consider cancelling my order but don't worry it probably didn't make it past the phone line anyway. This place would have gotten 5 stars if they hold they're employees more...
