We wanted to love this place and actually gave it 3 separate tries—2 dining in experiences and 1 carry out. Sadly, all 3 were disappointing. First experience, I sent a private review to respect a new restaurant finding their footing, but I received no reply or acknowledgement. The seafood tacos were drenched in vinegar/pickled veges, so much so that vinegar was running down my arm as I ate. The meal was poorly timed and our appetizers never came. The remedy offered was to bring the apps alongside the dinner, which was impossible given the table top size so we declined. My husband’s Bahn Mi sandwich was overly fried and burned. 2nd experience was carry out. The order was 20 mins late, left out my meal from the bag and caused me to go back into the restaurant which caused further delay for a lunch meeting. My soup was 1/2 filled next to the other person’s same soup order. The turkey sando was poorly assembled and my friend’s sandwich was inedible. Experience #3 was last night. Atmosphere was so loud; don’t plan on an enjoyable conversation. The team needs more training-we had young man making laps around our table so close it was uncomfortable. He picked up our platter in his hands and then asked if he could take it. I wasn’t finished eating. The salmon dish was heavy on potato cakes and light on the salmon, crabmeat and flavor. The Boat Chicken was a poorly planned dish and not at all cohesive. The chicken had a Thai spice, while the seasoned French fries were tasty, they didn’t complement the dish and the Cole slaw lacked flavor and was tasteless. Oh how we wanted to love this restaurant and support this business! Perhaps another 6 months down the road this restaurant will make some changes. The menu price for this restaurant does not deliver the service, atmosphere or food quality one would expect. Fingers crossed...
Read moreFrom the moment we arrived at Natalie’s Seafood Kitchen, we were blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests feel at home. You can tell they take pride in the experience they provide—something you don’t find everywhere these days.
Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. Hands down, Natalie’s has the best crushes in town—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to drink. I highly recommend the watermelon crush if you’re looking for something light and fun. And don’t even get me started on the cheesesteak sub… it’s next-level delicious. Tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and perfectly toasted—it easily rivals any cheesesteak I’ve had, even in Philly.
The highlight for me, though, was the outdoor tiki bar. It truly makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a tropical island right in the heart of Fallston. The vibe is laid-back and festive, complete with live music 7 days a week, good drinks, and that coastal breeze you didn’t know you were missing. Whether you're stopping in for dinner, drinks with friends, or a fun night out, the tiki bar makes it feel like a mini vacation.
Natalie’s is more than just a place to eat—it’s an experience. Great food, great drinks, great people, and an island-style atmosphere that keeps you coming back again and again. If you haven’t been yet, you’re truly...
Read morePoor experience with the hostess. Put our name in for patio seating. Told the hostess we were going to the bar. Got my text I was added to the wait list. Eventually I went back to the hostess who said oh, I'm sorry I can seat you now. Mind you there were 2 groups of 4 that came in at the same time my husband and I came in. It was starting to get dark out now and we were enjoying the bartender so we decided to eat at the bar.
Hailey the dancing bartender was WONDERFUL. She was very busy but never lost her cool or her smile. We would definitely come back to see her again!
We shared the crabby flatbread appetizer. It was very rich, but the roasted tomatoes were the perfect counterpoint to the creamy goodness. The southwest salad was fresh, greens were crisp, cherry tomatoes were firm, tortilla strips were nicely seasoned and the dressing was delicious. Hailey offered to get a second dressing for me. I don't typically use a lot of dressing, but the second one was necessary half way through the salad. My husband was disappointed in his turkey Rachel. He said the meat was dry and the thousand island was thin and sparse. His bread was nicely toasted and the fries that accompanied the sandwich...
