Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kinston

The food was horrible. Please don’t waste your time eating here. Unless you’re desperate. I normally dine with the location on 70 hwy. Which is a big difference. I was in a rush but still was willing to wait for fresh food. I made time to go inside thinking it would be made fresh. I order the number 6. My chalupa was so hard I couldn’t even bite into with pleasure. I am very disappointed. I was asked if I needed help before ordering my food on the computer set up. I simply asked the young lady who asked if I needed help to make sure it would be fresh I was willing to wait. This location failed me. I average going to the Kinston location about once per month. Each time I have gone, I've either received poor service, the food has been wrong, or there have been napkins or food items missing. Each time I have called corporate in the hopes that something would be done. After today's fiasco, I will NOT be going back. I had a simple order of two combos and two cinnamon twists. Simple enough, right? WRONG! There was one napkin in the bag, I received no receipt, and they kept the cinnamon twists for themselves! I give up as this location is obviously incapable of hiring competent employees. The slowness with which they move leads one to believe they are "druggies or slow moving zombies". Rushed from work to grab a late dinner for the family and arrived at 1:52am and the women asks if I had a Door Dash or mobile order which I informed her I did not so she legitimately said "O will we closed then". Before leaving the parking lot I decided to swing back through the drive thru to ask when a manager will be available for me to speak with tomorrow and her response is "Ill be here tomorrow" so I proceed to ask her why they are closed early when they are actively advising that they are open until 2am and her response is "Its literally 5 minutes before closing" so I reply with "Yes so why are you already closed then?"
