Best customer service and phone carrier I've ever dealt with having been literally scammed by U.S. Cellular, Benton Melvin (a true god-sent hero) turned everything around for us and saved me a lot of money and we were done in less than 30 minutes and only $20 out of pocket. Us cellular couldn't make our old phones work, so they lied, and scammed me into getting two new phones that worked worse than the ones we already had and had no signal anywhere and they kept sending me random bills for nothing explainable costing around $1,000. I wish I had the money because I would've personally tipped Benton, however I'm broke due to scam cellular. he saved me so much time, money, and headache that I would have literally gave him 100 bucks and it be a lot cheaper than the scam they call...

Tyshonna, Adejeah, Stevie. Those three ladies tried their hardest to help me with an account transfer from personal to business for the sake of my home internet. Personal is capped at 2 lines on the account, business has different brackets, up to five, and five or over. I wanted 3 gateways on my account. Corporate made it like pulling teeth.
