Went for some coffee and cinnamon twist for breakfast, when I drive off and started to drink coffee and eat, both were extremely cold, I called the manager and he apologized and said I could return and get my money back, I explained I was driving out of town and would not be back til afternoon, he said that was fine, brought back the coffee, cinnamon twist and my receipt to drive thru, at this point it was a female manager, I explained the situation and she loudly and rudely said I should have come back when the other manager was there...the bill was $4.04, she told me she would not give me a refund and took the food and receipt and threw it away, I refused to leave without at least getting my receipt back, she called the other manager and told me to pull up, I explained that my car had been running hot but she didn't care, everyone was so rude I actually started videoing just in case, it took 9 more minutes for her to refund the money, the whole process lasted about 15 minutes when she finally came back with my money and said have a blessed day, well I won't ever go back, she tried to be intimidating until she saw I...
