Most of the time, the coffee is good and the barista is friendly and talkative. Todays experience was less than stellar. I asked for a 24 oz iced drink and I received a 16/18oz cup. It says so on the bottom. I asked about the punch card and the barista was rude and annoyed as if I should know better than to ask questions.
