McDonald's — Restaurant in Kirkland

I'm actually impressed. I've had the worst McDonald's experience of my life at this location just now. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two McDoubles two McChickens and a quarter pounder. When I got to the window they asked me if I was the one with the big order. I said I don't think so, but they asked me to pull to the drive-thru waiting parking spot. I waited there for 10 minutes until an employee came out who looked genuinely angry at me and kept saying KATERMEEORDER, KATERMEEORDER. I told him that I didn't know what he was saying but he just kept repeating that. Eventually I figured out he was saying "can you tell me what you ordered". I handed him my receipt but that wasn't good enough for him so I had to take a minute and think back what I exactly I had ordered. Once I recited my order to him like some sort of high school book report, he just handed me the bag and walked off. I live in Bellevue and go to McDonald's and get this order pretty regularly and never had a problem with getting it immediately at the drive-thru. This McDonalds is truly the worst McD’s I’ve ever been to! If McDonalds is standardized across franchises, this one is definitely a negative outlier. I have given this location a chance so many times because is so close to my house, but if I have the time, I would rather drive to a different location. No matter the time you go there, the service is always terrible. Drive thru employees will constantly forget paring items like sauces, napkins, straws and utensils, and act like if you were causing problems or extra work when asking them for it at the window. Management is also pretty bad, one time I ordered a McChicken AND IT CAME WITH NO CHICKEN PATTY! After going inside to tell the manager, he was very unapologetic and just asked the kitchen for another chicken sandwich very normally, as if this was nothing uncommon. I only come here due to the proximity to my house, but every time I have to, it’s a terrible experience and I have to double check their work and put up with their poor attitude and...

Edited to add the rest of my Kirkland McDonald's experience: I waited in the pull up spot for 25 minutes for my order, it never came. All the ice in my half full coke melted while we waited. I went inside to check on my food and the gentleman behind the counter scoffed at me. He got upset because I noticed they forgot to make my order. He got upset when I asked for a new drink because the ice melted while I was waiting and it was only half full. He got upset when I checked the bag and noticed he left out the extra hash brown. He got upset when I asked for my 2nd hash brown. He looked extremely hungover.

I know you have a billion customers so it doesn't matter to you, but I will never eat at McDonald's again.
