Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Kirkland

I love their pizza and their staff except 1 cashier woman I met on 11/2 (Thu) at 6pm. I came to pick up my order like usual. She was on a phone so I waited. Several minutes later she finally eye contacted with me and gave me a sign that she would be helping me out after the call. So I waited more. Then, she accepted another call right after (Maybe another customer waiting on the phone before me..). Though I knew my order was already ready on the shelf, I waited for her. After waiting for ~10 minutes, another employee came to the front to organize empty boxes. So, I asked the employee if he could check my order on the shelf. At that moment, the cashier woman stopped the employee helping me out and told me that she would be coming to help me after the call. She did not even tell me how much longer I have to wait or why I should not get hold of another employee for help. She seemed a bit angry. Not sure why she was not even allowing other employee helping their customers out.🧐 Gladly the other employee insisted helping me out. He asked me my name and handed over my food from the shelf. I appreciate his help. Maybe it was not his duty to help pickup order customers. But he went beyond his duty and made his customer...

This location used to be absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it’s not even close to what it was. I used to come here because orders were made correctly even if they took awhile. But I kid you not they made my order wrong twice and reprinted the label wrong the second time so even the second time they messed the order up. Don’t order a customized papadia here because it won’t be right. The first time they made it with nothing I ordered on the inside and none of the seasoning on top. when I called the first time the manager told me she watched her colleague make it wrong to which I responded I will have my partner drive this right back to your location. I placed an order yesterday around 3pm for delivery at 5:30. Around 6pm I called in because it hadn't been delivered. Apparently something in the system somehow went kaput and our pizza had been delivered to what we learned was a vacant unit at the apartment complex we live at. The manager cooked us a fresh pizza and was extremely kind to me about the entire mixup. On our way home, we drove to the address the pizza was delivered to and sure enough. It was there, and had been for a little bit. We ended up bringing the pizza and wings to our upstairs neighbor who recently went through some medical setbacks, and just wanted to thank the staff at Papa Johns for being so good to us.
