Was disappointed in my experience when visiting this stand for the first time the other day. My regular stand was closed and I didnāt want to drive to Mercuryās. I just needed an afternoon pick me up. I said it was my first time there. I placed my order and the barista was very chatty with the customer on the other side, so I thought she would be friendly and chatty with me as well. (My regular places, Mercurys and Divinity, always have very friendly and chatty baristas) There were no other customers after the one left and nobody behind me. She made my drink and came and handed it to me with a āhere you goā and then told me my total. No offer of any sort of punch card, no conversation or attempt to build rapport, just business. I get that she was literally doing her job and did a good job making the coffee and completing the transaction, but the lack of customer interaction was disappointing. Iāve worked food service for over a decade and get that sometimes you lose that spark, but it was just off putting and made me not want to tip well or go back another time. The reason I am giving it a 3 star rating is because 4/5 times I have been a customer here, I just couldn't help but notice they almost seemed inconvenienced that I pulled up to order coffee when they were in the middle of talking with their regular. Half the time, shutting the window on me while they made me my stuff or continuing to speak with their previous customer which in my opinion is bad business. the only exception was on April 3rd, I noticed this girl working there with curly brown hair was going above and beyond to treat me well. She asked me about my day, was friendly and did a really good job with making my drink. This stand has a Starbucks drive thru as a competitor right across the street and I am really big on supporting smaller chain ma and pa businesses.... They are doing something right bc there's a few gormet lattes but I would suggest working on improving customer service by treating all customers like potential regulars. That's how you turn 200 dollar shifts to 400 dollar ones. Work on that customer service guys, your drinks are good! I will return hoping...

This was my second visit here and both times it was as if I was bothering them ordering a basic drink. I was also charged $5.99 for a 12 oz latte and thought it was odd but the bothersome attitude of the girls just made me want to leave and not question them because they were so off putting. The coffee today was subpar at best, luke warm, and thrown together, terrible. I actually went back and tried to get something else but was going to be charged $6.12 for a 12 oz iced coffee... What!? The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the girl decided to fill out a form to replace my drink after saying that I didn't want the new drink because I already paid for one that was terrible. I don't know who is in charge of this stand but some training needs to happen otherwise this is just going to continue because I have seen the off putting attitude in other reviews.
