McDonald's — Restaurant in Kirksville

Ordered 1 drink, Ashley at the drive through asked us to pull forward to the #1 when we didn't do it quickly enough for her (my nother was putting her change in her wallet) she preceded to ask us to pull forward again, when we informed her there was no one directly behind and we would in just a second us she rolled her eyes and said "yes there is". The whole event went down in approximately 30 seconds, even if there had been someone directly behind us I doubt they were in that big of a hurry. We have not returned to this location since our last experience (below). We ordered door dash tonight, little did I know it would come from this location. Items were wrong and drinks and fries were sloppy and no way near filled. It amazes me this store has so many 5 star reviews, they must be from employees.

Very friendly cashier, manager was informative, customers were smiling and served promptly, facility was new and sparkly ...a child was being watched over by staff while she awaited a custodial parent. I was very happy to see the transformation from even the manager , who was happy to serve and used to be not as congenial. I believe the change has affected even the neighborhood, for the gre as test good of all. Very happy to stop in there and I used to see so much lacking. The remodel was surely an excellent start.
