Most problems out of this location. Once my son had hair in his food, another time we order an impossible bowl and received a beef mini bowl with a label that stated the correct food it should have been, this time a damn razor blade. On our way home stopped by a train and started eating then discovers that. Turned around snd went back to store. They took all the food and threw it away. Each time they act like it’s no big deal and rolled their eyes at me. I’m lucky it was it was in my food and not my sons food. One woman came in for work and her hair wasn’t put up and in the food. They never take ownership of their actions. Didn’t want to tell me if they Were corporate or just a franchise. Location needs to be shut down or new management and stuff. Reported location to corporate.

Yum yum yum! I love myself some Qdoba🤤 First of all I don’t know about you all but I’m a burrito gal. Their burritos are super delicious especially if you add queso. Which yes I know isn’t the healthiest route. Another awesome perk are the kids meals. I ordered the steak quesadilla. This also came with a whole tray of tortilla chips and queso/salsa all for $4. I’ll probably only order from the kids menu from now on, such a great deal. As far as the atmosphere goes you can always count on Kirkwood. They have a cool area next to the window with high stools. Here you can people watch while eating your tasty meal.

Yeah….this was really bad…. My bowl with extra chicken and extra rice almost had half portions of each. Shown next to a normal size nacho bowl with less ingredients. Rice was so watered down, it’s probably the worst cooked rice I have ever had. Guacamole missing from an owner. Probably blessing in disguise with how stale the chips were. Additional customer service issues. Chipotle down the street had a broken tortilla press a few months ago, but at least they can cook rice!

I'm not gonna bash the staff for the wait time or anything beyond their control, that's not their fault. The folks who showed up, showed up, and I got in line knowing it would be a wait, and did so patiently and deflecting the snide comments that were made by people about the speed of the service, even to the defense of the workers. What I wish would have been said, though, in the 40 minutes I stood in line waiting for them to catch up on orders, was that they were only taking online orders that day. Again, I would have completely understood, but absolutely nothing was said, nor was there a sign posted on the door or anywhere visible about it. Other customers said we'd be waiting awhile but I figured it was just sarcasm from the impatient folks who asserted their way to the register instead of waiting in line like the rest of us, no mention of this was made by the staff until after they'd gotten caught up on their online orders.

Guys, I'm with you on the whole short staffed thing. It's happening where I work too, I get it, just please make sure people know that you won't be fulfilling orders instead of letting them wait. At the very least, ask if our orders were made online if you see us standing there patiently. Some of us were not in earshot of the conversations you might have had with folks at the front of the line. I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but it really did eat up most of the time I had to grab lunch. I'm giving 3 stars only because of the lack of communication, and I know y'all are better than that. Hoping to enjoy a burrito next...

I work at mercy literally walking distance down the street . On my lunch I came into this establishment to order food. I asked for a sample of the spicy chicken to see if that’s what I wanted a nice young lady assisted me and told me she like it etc , following I asked for a quesadilla so while she was making my order I asked if I can have a side cup of sauce so she proceed to get it but then a rude white fat man told her no that’s not a option that I couldn’t get it . Very rude unprofessional didn’t seek customers 1st . Didn’t allow her to give me any sauce. People like this makes business go down. This will be my last time ordering or spending money here . I don’t understand why customers don’t come 1st in these establishments. All of this over some sauce I wanted on my food. Today is Friday August 23,2024 you do the math and find out his name on the clock as he wouldn’t say his name but he was prepping food (corn) behind the counter. Please tell me why I couldn’t get any sauce? Who would want to have someone so rude and disgusting in their restaurant I am very disturb and unsatisfied never in life spending money here again. I see why this place is always empty!!! Very rude no customer service and I thank the employee lady who checked me out and was willing to give me my sauce until he...

This has to be the worst location in all of Saint Louis, and that’s an already low bar. The staff here are so rude that their condescension is almost palpable. This woman kept saying “what’s next, what’s next, what’s next” without giving me any time to respond, becoming more and more exasperated as we moved down the line. Every ingredient was smacked down on the tortilla without any care or thought, and by the end she basically squished the burrito together into a gooey mess and started wrapping it into foil. I asked her multiple times to re-wrap it, to which I received no response. At the register I had the wherewithal to not pay until she at least responded to me. Finally, she got the extra tortilla while repeatedly badgering me “you can pay now, you can pay,” as she stuffed an extra tortilla into the bag, refusing to re-wrap it since it was “already in the foil.” I simply walked out without paying and left the food on the counter. An utter disgrace and a tragedy that QDOBA’s brand is this far...
