I'm not gonna bash the staff for the wait time or anything beyond their control, that's not their fault. The folks who showed up, showed up, and I got in line knowing it would be a wait, and did so patiently and deflecting the snide comments that were made by people about the speed of the service, even to the defense of the workers. What I wish would have been said, though, in the 40 minutes I stood in line waiting for them to catch up on orders, was that they were only taking online orders that day. Again, I would have completely understood, but absolutely nothing was said, nor was there a sign posted on the door or anywhere visible about it. Other customers said we'd be waiting awhile but I figured it was just sarcasm from the impatient folks who asserted their way to the register instead of waiting in line like the rest of us, no mention of this was made by the staff until after they'd gotten caught up on their online orders.
Guys, I'm with you on the whole short staffed thing. It's happening where I work too, I get it, just please make sure people know that you won't be fulfilling orders instead of letting them wait. At the very least, ask if our orders were made online if you see us standing there patiently. Some of us were not in earshot of the conversations you might have had with folks at the front of the line. I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but it really did eat up most of the time I had to grab lunch. I'm giving 3 stars only because of the lack of communication, and I know y'all are better than that. Hoping to enjoy a burrito next...

I asked for a sample of the spicy chicken to see if that’s what I wanted a nice young lady assisted me and told me she like it etc , following I asked for a quesadilla so while she was making my order I asked if I can have a side cup of sauce so she proceed to get it but then a rude white fat man told her no that’s not a option that I couldn’t get it . Very rude unprofessional didn’t seek customers 1st . Didn’t allow her to give me any sauce. People like this makes business go down. This will be my last time ordering or spending money here . I don’t understand why customers don’t come 1st in these establishments. All of this over some sauce I wanted on my food. Today is Friday August 23,2024 you do the math and find out his name on the clock as he wouldn’t say his name but he was prepping food (corn) behind the counter. Please tell me why I couldn’t get any sauce? Who would want to have someone so rude and disgusting in their restaurant I am very disturb and unsatisfied never in life spending money here again. Read moreThis has to be the worst location in all of Saint Louis, and that’s an already low bar. The staff here are so rude that their condescension is almost palpable. This woman kept saying “what’s next, what’s next, what’s next” without giving me any time to respond, becoming more and more exasperated as we moved down the line. Every ingredient was smacked down on the tortilla without any care or thought, and by the end she basically squished the burrito together into a gooey mess and started wrapping it into foil. I asked her multiple times to re-wrap it, to which I received no response. At the register I had the wherewithal to not pay until she at least responded to me. Finally, she got the extra tortilla while repeatedly badgering me “you can pay now, you can pay,” as she stuffed an extra tortilla into the bag, refusing to re-wrap it since it was “already in the foil.” I simply walked out without paying and left the food on the counter. An utter disgrace and a tragedy that QDOBA’s brand is this far...
