I am not usually the one to complain, I understand that businesses get busy and quality and times can slip, but today was a disappointment to say the least. I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store a few minutes before it said I’d be ready ( it said I’d be 30 minutes before it would be ready when I ordered) . I walked in and waited in line behind two people which took about 10 minutes my app then said the order was ready. I proceeded to see the employee give free items to the two people in front of me. When I came to the front of the line I told her I had a mobile order and she said I’d need to sit down and wait as she hasn’t started it yet. The owners are incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming—it feels like catching up with old friends every time I walk in. They always remember me and even follow up on things we’ve chatted about in the past, which makes it feel personal and warm.
I usually get the Spicy Italian and they make it perfectly every single time. The ingredients are always fresh and crisp, and I’ve never had a bad sandwich here. It’s that consistency and the great people that keep me coming back.

I called and was told that the prices online are cheaper than in store. Excuse me, what?
