Very disappointing. Faulty App, Long wait for having 5 or 6 employees there, unsure, unconfident employees. Signed up for the app to get a free sandwich but the app showed the free sandwich until I checked out. It remove it. I tried twice the same thing. So I was thinking it may be automatic but not the case. It was not ready when stated. When I got it it was missing the salad and sandwich, only the turnover was in the bag. This store would not honor it the free item. One employee tried to help but was not able to bc someone in back that I was not able to see or talk to said there was protocol to follow and said No.. Even when I showed my order process they still wouldn't allow it when it was their apps glitch. They didn't have the the salad I ordered either but it allowed me to order online. They would not refund my money that I had to call to get my refund for their error. I had to order something to get that free sandwich that was advertised. Read moreHad an awful experience where we were unable to even get our order. We placed the order on the app to this location that was supposed to be open until 11pm. We even drove 5 miles more and paid tolls to get there because the app said this location was still open. When we arrived, the building had most of the lights off but we could see a worker inside. We drive around to the window and they looked at us, gave us the “we’re closed, go away” hand signal and ignored us. The order has since gone through on my card even enough we didn’t get our food. My partner posted a 1 star review a few days ago and Arbys responded saying to follow a link and tell them what happened. We did as requested and even provided a screen shot of the order. We have not received a response and I am still waiting on my refund. If your locations are closing early, update the app. If you want to handle a guest concern, don’t just send a generic response on Google acting like you care and will take care of it.
