Ordered my pizzas, was told 15 minute wait. Come back almost 20 minutes later and the girl behind the counter who couldnāt speak English tried to explain she didnāt know who I was and why was I asking for my order with the name Anthony when it wasnāt even my order⦠(funny things is she was the person who originally took my orderš¤¦āāļø) Manager comes out, who can barely speak any better English than her and explains my entire order was given to someone else and that I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes just to get my order or I can be refunded. I choose just to get two pizzas and she said I can charge you for one due to the inconvenience. Okay, give me three and charge me for two. Apparently, that was the tipping point. āNo I canāt do thatā. Hell, I even explained it to her in Spanish and she still argued that she couldnāt do that. Then, the girl that couldnāt hardly speak any English suddenly developed enough courage to tell me in English that I was being difficult and that it wasnāt their problem⦠LOL To which I replied in Spanish that maybe had she paid attention to what she was doing, she would not have given away my entire order to someone else who was not named Anthony. While I am waiting for her to touch the screen so I can try the apple pay again, she took her whole phone out and took a selfie in my face. So unprofessional. Throughout the time I was there she continued to take phone calls in front of people, literally holding her phone out. No airpods or anything to at least make it less obvious. I was in the store for almost an hour & she had multiple conversations on her phone in front of every customer at the cashier. I hope the district manager goes into the cameras to check and see how all her employees use their phone. I didn't call the manager because I saw her in the back also using her phone. They didn't even cut the pizza all the way, I had to use my own pizza cutter at home & the Cheese sticks were not fully cooked I can see the dough. It was my first & last time ordering there. If I can give 0 stars I would, I have never had someone use their phones freely in my face, better YET take a selfie. Asked even for just crazy bread and told me they didnt know, that she hadn't even seen a sheet of crazy bread made yet.. Okay, Im mad at this point. My kids are STARVING. I look back and one worker is standing there texting on his phone and the other is staring off into space, getting things shut down for closing. Nothing was even in the oven or being made! Isn't HOT AND READY in the name? And the workers should"ve offered us the $6 pizza for $5 since THEY messed up. I'm done with the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
