Me and 2 of my friends went to get acai bowls. We each got a medium, and made our own bowls. Peg (the worker) did not inform us that EACH ADD ON TO THE BOWL would be an extra cost…. I thought açaí bowls already came with granola and fruit??? On the screen the pre-made bowls ranged from $12-$18 based off sizing. Our total came to $59 dollars, not including tax. 1st she didn’t tell us about pricing, 2nd she added on things that we didn’t even get on our bowl, 3rd she took forever to make the bowls, 4th she was rude when we asked about pricing and to get the receipt after we saw the price, 5th she was not willing to compromise at all, and said there is nothing she could do about it.
