Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I was visiting Orlando for a week July 31 to Aug 7 and used this Dunkin as my coffee spot each day. The week started off good. I used the online app to order and when I arrived each time my drinks were ready at the counter with a drink tray. However on the 5th day I ordered 6 drinks via the app. I was order #78. When I arrived they were serving order #92 however I noticed my 6 drinks were not ready. I saw 3 hot drinks in the black tray but not in a drink tray together. I assumed these were not mine. After 10 mins without my number being called I approached the counter to inquire when my order would be ready. The associate asked what number I had and I told her. She then said yes these are yours referring to the 3 "hot" drinks that had been sitting in the the black tray for 10 mins and were not together in a drink tray and missing the other 3 cold drinks. I then asked where were the other 3 cold drinks for my order. She explained she was finishing them and then put them in the black tray as well. I asked her if she had a drink tray and she said no and walked away. I called out to her and asked how was I to carry 6 drinks without drink trays and she actually blew me off. Other employees overheard the conversation but it wasn't until I asked another employee who was the manager, that another lady intervened and stated she would help me. So after waiting another 5 mins with my "hot" drinks undoubtedly getting colder she finally came and bagged my 6 drinks and proceeded to tell me that she is not supposed to do this. I wasn't sure why but didn't care at that point. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received especially from the first employee. The taste of the food gets a 2 star! I been coming here now for over 2 months every morning. One lady apologizes for all the time she makes a mistake. One of the managers, very nice will make sure we leave satisfied, always says thank you my love, she's nice but ..... They always make a mistake, ALWAYS!!!! Today the coffee was done terribly, no sugar, dark when I asked for extra light extra sweet, I ordered 4 sandwiches for my 2 kids husnand and daughter. I go tell her the mistake she made, another rude Spanish lady and said you only paid for 3 you get what you paid for....... Some ppl are rude, i always pay for everything so if she didnt charge for 4 then be nice and say something. On top of that I did not get a receipt so i was upset because there was no way to make a dispute!!!! I will drive all the way to the one in pleaseant hill since its the only dunking donuts people are nice and will repeat the order to make sure everything is ok. This one is next to my home and I will eother go to pleasant hill or orange blossom trail. Lost a faithful customer. Its sad. The family that owns this store...

I have to give this place one star to make a review, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I came in today to have lunch after being at a doctor all morning long. The young lady who took my order was lovely. She was very efficient and friendly. I sat down to have my lunch and there was a lady waiting to use the bathroom she asked the staff if she could use another bathroom. They must of known who was in the bathroom because moments later a very rude young lady came out of the bathroom ranting and raving about only paying customers can use their bathrooms. I was just sitting having lunch. She started in about the homeless. I looked up from my lunch and asked if she was talking to me. She went off about how bad the people were who came in there. I told her I did not need to hear her problems. She went off again about not being a slave and that I did not know I was talking to. Please avoid this location.
