The second visit paid 38 dollars and the shake was great the tables and bathroom were clean overall.
Both the the burgers came out over cooked like what you get at closing hour at steak n shake which we don't go to anymore. I expected the quality we got on opening day. The team seems over worked or tired not sure if it was a rough day but totally different from our first experience at opening day. Had to ask for my money back and went to MCD the burger there was better. The ketchup bag would not pump out of the dispenser and told them which 20min later when the burgers got to us the ketchup was still not working got myself a handful of packets from the team. They are working too hard and are burnt out. You can see it in the service and the quality of the food. Moral is low. I would wait 20 and pay 38 for stellar burgers but this was not it. Sorry dont want to get any free food. I suggest having a manager who's there all the time to take care of the light stuff and build up moral. It's a tough business and a tough night possibly sadly read the original review and hope you get that service because tonight we did not get it the return of our money was smooth and fast handled professionally. The team is trying but something is not clicking.
We had a great time. Thank you for opening your doors and giving the first 100 a free meal. Loved the burger, the fat fries are FAT literally huge. I paid for the Maui banana shake and it was a great compliment to the meal. Well balanced not over powering of banana like I expected and not too sweet either. The owners were present the music was good and the service spectacular. Special recognition to Stephanie for keeping the condiments area clean working the crowd and over a great personality. Read moreHorrible customer service! The burgers are good but takes 20+ minutes to get it and I always have a bad experience when I’m there with staff. They once messed up my order with a DoorDash and put my name in the wrong bag. I took the bag from the staff went to my car but realized I forgot to ask for ranch. I left the bag in my car and when I came back inside to ask for Ranch the manager accused me of stealing the food and told me to bring it back. When I came back with the door I tried to explain what happened and he then started blaming the girl behind the register which was so rude to her. He then handed the bag food that I had already opened to the DoorDash person which seemed so wrong to me since I had technically left the store with it. They also lie about what time they are open till. I work late so I ordered online to pick up at 11:30 since they are opened till midnight. When I got there the same manager was there and refused to open the door. He told me that they were cleaning and were not making my food. I asked for a refund and was denied saying he didn’t know how and I had to ask through the website. Still haven’t gotten that refund. Tonight I went back at 11:30 and they still refused to take my order saying they were closed. Read moreWe ordered an original burger meal and 1 turkey burger. The meal we received was definitely not what we ordered. We received 2 beef burgers and the toppings were wrong. My brother opted to just eat his but I took my burger back inside to request a re-make since it had relish on it (i hate relish). The entire customer service experience I received was negative. The cashier tried to argue with me initially and say my order was correct, after she pulled up my receipt and I pointed all the issues again she said she’d get the order remade. I kindly requested that just my burger get remade and not to worry about the fries. As this whole conversation is happening, the manager is standing in the back watching me. The cashier gave the bag of food back to the manager who then walked over to me asking if I was the drive through order that needed fixing. He then proceeded to question me and make me feel like I was asking for free food. At one point he asked where the burger was and where was my brothers- which is wild because the cashier still had the bag with my burger in it and he clearly didn’t even try to look in it.
