Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Kissimmee

This Cicis Pizza Buffet was off the chain. Truly, a step above any other cicis location I've ever been do. Last year we stopped in at an orlando cicis and it was atrocious. I swore we would never go back. After leaving the theme park yesterday, my kids begged for pizza so we took a chance and stopped at this kissimee location instead. I am extremely Impressed by everything this restaurant has to offer. Every single one of the staff members was kind and respectful. From the cashier, the pizza makes and table busters, customer service was great. The pizza buffet stayed packed with pizza. All hot, fresh and delicious. You are able to create your own pizza here, which the kitchen staff did an awesome job cooking them. I even asked about a chocolate pizza, and was told that they were discontinued years ago, but that they didn't mind making one and putting it our for everyone. I was transported back to my child hood. Leaving the theme park, stopping at the pizza buffet and enjoying the chocolate pizza. This restaurant truly is a step above any other pizza buffet I've been to. I'm impressed with how delicious, hot and plentiful the food was. The staff was phenomenal. The table buster made sure to pick up plates as soon as they were ready, ensuring that the dining area stayed as clean as possible. Even the restrooms were clean. I'm incredibly impressed. 5/5 stars and being a true Google reviewer, a 5/5 is a hard fine but you guys did it. Please keep up the wonderful work. Your staff works so well together. This place was disgusting. I have never been to Cici's and I will never come back. The food was piled high on tables and the floor was covered in food. The tables and chairs were sticky. The pizza was good but it does nor make up for the disgusting dining area. The young lady, Chelsea, worked hard to get the tables cleaned but failed to clear the piles of food by my daughter's head.

I approached the manager who was busy working about moving pizza around and telling everyone what to do. He should have taken the time to clean the tables himself when he realized he had a problem. The gray shirt doesn't make you better than the team. He is not a team player but did apologize.

The people preping the pizza did not have gloves on when they stuck their hand in the pepperoni bag. What if they sneezed in their hand and then touch the food. That contaminated food and you just gave the next person who is going to eat that whatever you have .

The man in the yellow shirt with the glasses did nothing other than stand at the front by the register. I'm not sure of his exact position but he could have been utilized much better.

And I could not understand what the hell the girl said to me behind the register when I can in. I don't know if she was speaking English or what but I had to have her repeat herself 5 times.

This place lacks teamwork and organization. I've been in retail 22 yrs and I did the food to service for 7 yrs and I never in my life would allow my customers to see my restaurant is such disarray and disheveled.

I wasn't impressed with at all with this visit. When we first arrived, the employee at the register made it very obvious he was annoyed when I requested a water cup after he added a fountain drink to our order. I don't drink soda and didn't realize he automatically added them. When we went to enter the buffet line, the gentleman I believe is the manager was using a scraper to clean the counter where the food is set out. My mom is in a wheel chair and we couldn't push her to begin getting her food because of where he was standing and scraping and chatting with another employee. We waited for a moment to give him a chance to finish up and move on, but he was so busy laughing and chatting he didn't notice until I said something. I don't mind people chatting at work, but I just wished they were paying attention to the customers around them. These interactions paired with food that looked old and dry and tasted the same made for a bad experience. I will say the bathroom was clean and there was a lot of carry out business. I think all of those customers discovered the best way to get fresh pizza without dealing with the poor service. I wouldn't go...
