About 4 years ago I went to pick up a pizza. I was frozen in my tracks at the door when i saw through the glass door a Shift Manager screaming and verbally abusing an employee on the right side of the store on the other side of the counter. Icould see from his body language and the body language of the employee that there was BULLYING AND VERBAL ABUSE HAPPENING, Iopened the door went to the counter and told the Shift Manager what i saw and told him he was being VERBALLY ABUSIVE..He tried to deny it,, but Itold him that body language doesn't lie.. I demanded that he APOLOGIZE to his employee.. Itold him Iwouldn't be leaving until he did, He FAKED AN APOLOGY and I left. The only reason Itook home the pizza was because my blood sugar was dropping from getting so angry at what i saw. But i havnt stepped in that pizza hut since or any other pizza hut, How can Corporate Office permit Workplace Abuse on their employees. and Why does Corporate Office allow a Shift Manager to be VERBALLY ABUSIVE.. The Shift Manager was wearing glasses and he had dirty blond hair and the employee was black. It isnt about race ,,I'm giving the description so Corporate Office can a pinpoint a time frame even though it happened about four years ago. Since the pizza hut workplace culture was abusive at that time there is a highly good chance the abusive work culture is still happening.. The order was placed and paid for (incl tip) online at 10am for 1045am delivery. It was 1124 when we called to inquire on the order. Lunches begin at 11am, so we were highly disappointed that the order was still not here as some of the team's lunch time was almost over (30 min lunches). We called PH and they proceeded to tell us that the delivery time is not set. Advised there was no call or follow up and if a customer sets a delivery time, it should be honored. Then the truth is told - their driver was not there yet (whether that was a tardiness issue or a scheduling issue remains unknown). Advised PH that they should have communicated this to the phone number on the order... We had to ask to speak to a manager and the best we got was a promise for a call back at 2pm! I am so highly disappointed with this experience... Let's see what the manager does to redeem their credibility. #itybityreviewsandconsulting #itybityreviews

There were Pizza Hut employees there and no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, just kept on moving around like we didnāt matter. I got a phone call and mentioned I might leave because no one is bothering to service us and itās been a while, a female employee then came to the counter and said āyāall gotta wait!ā And then headed back to the back. How ridiculously unprofessional, not someone would be with u guys in a minute, or even a greeting. We had all been waiting there for 10 or more mins and ur response to me being on my phone call was, yāall gotta wait? This is my 3rd terrible experience here, and I keep trying to give them a chance but this was the last. DONT GO HERE!
