if there was an opportunity to give 0 stars this will be the first . as of jan 17 2025 was my birthday . normally i go to jersey mike in saint cloud cause im from that side of town . but i was heading to the movie on that side of hunter creek . As a Customer of jersey mike now no long will be. i was gifted a Happy Birthday complementary a regular sub and a 16 ounce soda on jerseys Mike . as I was trying to rush using my GPS to get to the location headed that side of town. I made it just a few minutes before nine. the young lady that says she was the manager on duty from the moment that I mentioned I had a birthday complimentary. She was denying my request of using my coupon. She made excuses and she doesn’t even have 16 ounce cups and they don’t accept birthday coupons no more. and it was just her attitude towards the conversation, very careless and inconsiderate. Probably the fact they wanted to hurry up and rush and get out cause it was almost closing time like I get it you have a long day you wanna go home just like everyone wants to go home at the end of the day but I’ve been a manager. I’ve been a server and I work in the food industry. Someone who’s very big I’m making sure that every customer is taking care of, and knowing that their money is valued to us . we work hard for her money things are not cheap . basically her answer was no she would not do it and and even to ensure her that my birthday I showed her my drivers license to see that I wasn’t just in there trying to get free food if I’ve been a loyal customer and corporate of Jersey Mike had given me a a happy birthday free, regular sub and a drink when I have contribute money to their company why was I deny something that it was honored by them? just because of this experience, I would not ever give them another dollar . people are growing to have less compassion in humanity . why would a corporate business send honors for your birthday? Ordered delivery through Jersey Mikes APP. Got 4 subs and paid a good amount of money. Got the California Chicken. It’s chicken, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. Get my order, it’s cold, there is no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Then I cut up lettuce because that’s what I was expecting on my sandwich since I paid for it, but no. Didn’t have any tomato to add. Open it up to put my lettuce inside the sandwich and there’s grilled onions. Which are not supposed to be there. What if I was allergic? What if someone allergic ate that? It would end badly. So I stopped by this Jersey Mike's today to buy a Stickball and Philly cheese for my buds coming over to watch the big game. As I unwrapped them to put them on trays I noticed the stickball barely had any meat on it. I know inflation is bad but seriously. And to top it off, the server told me she wasn't allowed to cut the sliced tomatoes she was going to put on the sandwich anyway in half. My bud doesn't like a lot of tomatoes.
