Me and my wife are in a strict diet and were excited to see that Marcos Pizza sold cauliflower pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas in the app were they had medium pizzas at $6.99, the app allowed me to change to the small pizza instead with cauliflower for the same price. I received the pizzas and they were none done with cauliflower. I called the store and spoke with Jailene and she said that I made the mistake, I know I did not as I even have screenshots showing that I ordered small cauliflower pizzas but she was fast to dismiss me and said to order next time with them and that it was my mistake. Since I cannot eat this pizzas due to the diet I decided to call again to speak with the manager apparently named Destiny, who said that if I wanted the pizzas I needed to purchase them again and she even mocked me and my wife by laughing over the phone while we were explaining that we could not eat the pizzas. I am disgusted with the customer service and the lack of responsibility for what they are calling an apps mistake and the manager not caring to resolve the issue. I just wanted my cauliflower pizzas and had no issue returning the incorrect ones as we cannot eat them. We came there to use our coupon that we received in the mail and to enjoy some delicious pizza after a long day of fun. The coupon said 10 wings and extra-large Pizza with one topping for 16.99. While we're eating our pizza, we realized they gave us a large instead of an X-large pizza size as it says on the coupon. I went to the front and told them about the mistake. The manager apologized and offered to cook an additional pizza extra large. She even offered to add the wings as well. I told her we wouldn't eat any more now. She gave me a paper note with her signature to come back any time and claim the food for free. I came back few days later and she was up to her promise. That was very nice of her.
